This place is beautiful with all the amenities. Being right on the beach made surfing a breeze. The condo is tucked away from the busy main street area, but in walking distance to get groceries, coffee or meals out.

This Condo was unbelievable it was everything we hoped for. Clean, had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable. The views from the patio was awesome and breathtaking every day. We only had one small issue during our stay and the property mgr was there in 10 minutes and fixed it. You will not find a better place to stsy while in Jaco.

I don't think you can find a better place in Jaco. The view is absolutely amazing! The property is a great size, very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The host and property manager have great communication and give super helpful tips and spot on recommendations. You are steps away from downtown Jaco that has tons of restaurants, bars, shopping, souvenirs and more. Most excursions will come pick you up if you don't have a car and I found Uber very reasonable for places that might be a little further than you might want to walk. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again when I make it back.

Everything was great! The pool was lovely, could use a few more umbrellas, but kept very clean. Bob (the owner) arranged for us to park on the upper level, which was convenient and safe with direct access to security. Above all Bob (the owner/host) was most helpful and available at all times. And he provided some very nice extras for our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to potential VRBO customers.

Outstanding host. We have stayed at MANY VRBO properties and this is by far the best! Bob and Celine made certain we had all the amenities needed right down to Q-tips! We were welcomed with a wonderful basket full of Costa Rican goodiesCan’t say enough wonderful things. We are booking for next year’s trip and hope to stay longer.

New building and beautiful unit. Very well stocked w everything we needed. Wonderful view from large unobstructed balcony. Safe underground parking and 24 hr security on staff. We chartered a small boat to take us to Isla tortuga for the day. The drive from unit was about 8-10 minutes to get to the boat. We were about an hour or so from Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio. Communication was easy and we would stay here again. Thank u!

Say yes to this stunning condo getaway!!

We stayed 21 days in January 2025. This beautiful condo was so perfect! Location is right on the beach, restaurants and stores are very, very close and walkable. Event opportunities are steps away, booked excursions will pick up at condo. The 2 bedroom unit was extremely clean, virtually new, new appliances, beds were very comfortable, included any amenities you would ever need, comfortable furniture. The unit is 8th floor and that view…cannot even describe the sunset beauty you get from the patio every day. Plus there is a rooftop area that has places to relax, with another view. We were able to spot whales and dolphins! The building is very secure, always felt safe. Pool has many chairs available and there a separate kiddie pool. Plus a BBQ area. The property manager was extremely efficient with whatever we needed and her assistant arranged some outings for us. Hosts were the absolute best! Provided anything we needed very quickly and assisted with advice about the area, (they know their stuff!). They are wonderful people and were a joy to connect with. Highly recommend!!!!!
