A Cultured Pearl’ is an updated luxurious oceanfront home located on Garden City Beach that is appointed with modern coastal décor. Conveniently located just 0.2 miles north of the Garden City Pier, this home is sure to fulfill your vacation expectations. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from the porch, spacious living room, or two of the oceanfront bedrooms. The oceanfront master suite features a private second-floor balcony to enjoy the ocean and beach. Each of the five bedrooms features a private bathroom. Only steps from the living room are your private beach access walkway. Additionally, there is an oceanfront private pool to enjoy with plenty of decking for lounging and sunbathing. Seasonal pool heat available for an added fee.

The property was in an excellent location and perfect for our family Our teenage grandchildren and all the adults extremely enjoyed the home If available next year, we will return The mornings and evenings were so nice on the covered back deck and the living area placed perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset Thank you again and hope to see you next year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at A Cultured Pearl. Three families stay in this house for a week and we love it. The kitchen has everything we need. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The house is always clean. Could use a small garbage can in the second floor master and the laundry room. We love this space, the access to the beach and the pool are both fantastic.

Very good layout of the Home to accommodate our group. Given the cost per week would expect as such. A few minor property issues upon arrival however when reported, Sea Star was very responsive to resolve (A/C) The upstairs unit did not cool. The location was ideal wth easy access to restaurants, Grocers, etc. I would recommend this property to others. Sea Star provided exceptional communcations and customer service.

Great family vacay!

Our dishwasher did not really work- soap laid in bottom of washer, dishes not clean. Property should have a GRILL! Otherwise, beautiful house and fun vacay. Pretty quiet inside, considering that we were right next to public access. Huge construction tubes put on beach blocking the house walkway. Good thing it was on Friday and we left Saturday morning. Would not have been happy if it was like that all week.

Hi Peggy, We really appreciate you taking the time to write a review. We agree with you and think 'A Cultured Pearl' is a beautiful home and a perfect spot for a vacation. Although brand new, we apologize for the dishwasher problems and because of you reporting this issue, a new part has been installed so that it is now functioning properly. As far as a grill, we offer $250 in free beach equipment rentals, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, kayaks, as well as gas or charcoal grills. I hope you took advantage of our concierge services and used your $250 credit. The construction you mentioned is result of a beach re-nourishment project that is occurring for a very limited time, and has since been completed at this location. Beach re-nourishment is handled by the Army Corp of Engineers and is beyond our control, but necessary occasionally to keep our gorgeous beaches healthy. It is our mission to insure our guests have the best, most comfortable vacation experience possible. Buyer beware in hurricane season

Home was beautiful but customer coverage for safety and tropical storms/hurricanes is non-existent. Only trip I insurance that is offered is almost $900 and does not cover weather. During a state of emergency we had to leave our rental 3 days in, area was flooding, power outages and the realty office itself was closed but we were afforded no retribution. Beware of loop holes and no coverage or concern for customers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th straight year and I've already booked next year but this place needs a really good cleaning all overWe went to Walmart and bought mop & pinesol. Mopped entire house twice. We walked across floor when we got here and feet turned black. This isn't what I would expect a rental in this price would be. Also some maintenance needs to take place Both downstairs commodes need new float valves in tanks. Microwave doesn't rotate Disposal doesn't work Sliding door rail is wore out Pool lights don't light up correctly Upstairs toilet seat wasn't attached. We had to place nuts on bolts. Both downstairs bathroom doors are dragging and difficult to shut Just not the standards you all had set in prior visits. Not trying to be ****** but you can't fix what you don't know. Overall we love this place and can't wait until next year.

Myrtle beach vacation

Pros: beautiful newly remodeled house, excellent location to beach with private pool, walkway onto beach Plenty of room with a great floor plan and convenience of five bathrooms one for each bedroom, plenty of hot water Highly recommend utilizing the grocery delivery service and equipment rental company which is coordinated through the property management app another nice feature Pool is saltwater and plenty of chairs and ambiance with lights etc Garbage is picked up multiple times so that is a plus Cons: really not many, the property would benefit from some additional time between stays to make sure floors are washed and kind of surprised there were no pillow protectors etc for that caliber of property The fireworks people set off every night on the beach gets old fast but that’s not under control of the property owners or management company Unfortunately some of the fireworks get aimed in such a way that they get into the pool and deck area which is not fair to the property owners but not sure how to prevent that and generally does not extend past 11 pm Overall we had a great vacation with our kids and friends at this home, it met and exceeded the expectations we had and I would highly recommend this home and would rent it again Really love the hospitality application that Sea Star rental uses
