Paradise at Myrtle

What an absolutely incredible vacation rental, it was above and beyond what the pictures showed. The house was very clean, and had a great layout. The pool was heavenly in the afternoons/evenings, and the beach was wonderful during the day to play and look for sharks teeth! I hope we can all return some day to enjoy this piece of paradise at Myrtle again!!

A beautiful home in a great location. Very clean with great amenities. Close to everything you'll need from shopping to dining, but tucked away in a very nice residential area. Awesome beachfront pool, hot tub, patio and deck. Debbie was very responsive from booking through rental period. Highly recommend this property.

Great Place

This was an excellent property well maintained. Great location, which is different than that listed on listing. Property manager, Debbie, is very helpful if you need anything. Internet is a little slow, but management said they were going to look in to why this was occurring.

We had so much fun at this fantastic home. We were a family of 12. The layout of the home is wonderful Very spacious. The view of the water from the main rooms was great The pool and hot tube were maintained well and right on the beach. Walking distance to beach was around 200 feet. No rocks going into water Not many shells though if u r looking for that. Close distance to everything. Debbie our go to person was lovely and so helpful. From 3 years to 75 this place was perfect. You will love it !!

Great house, great location

We loved the house and it was great for our family of 11. Had 7 adults and 4 kids - two one year olds and a 4 and 7 year old - we took our own gates for the stairs (that was a must have). My only complaint was the address is wrong on the VRBO sight and we didn’t know that until a few days before our trip but thankfully the location was better than I thought it would be. They should give you that info sooner. Have stayed in HHI the last few years and loved this sight better.

The perfect home

If I could give it 10 stars I would! This home has everything you could ask for. A quiet, private community, spotless and Debbie was a pleasure to work with. It was myself and my husband for our anniversary but it would also be perfect for families. The pool is amazing and you can be in the sun or sit in a rocking chair in the shade. Anywhere you sit out back is an ocean view. Just steps away from the beach. Don’t hesitate. Do it. It’s worth every penny

Incredible house in a perfect location for a family gathering

The house layout and entertaining space is really spectacular. Having a wonderful open floor plan for the kitchen/dining and living room with lots of space for people, coupled with the separate kitchenette and billiards table with large entertaining space on the lower level was better than we could have expected. So much room to spread out since we had grandparents who enjoyed a bit of quiet with young kids who liked to make noise! The views of the ocean, the backyard pool and spa, and dining table were amazing. The ease in which you can hop out to the beach and then return for a dip in the pool was better than any hotel could offer. Debbie offered great communication and was available when we needed assistance. We truly had a spectacular time in this home. We look forward to returning!

AMAZING and RELAXING

We had a group of 10 family members ranging in age from 24 to 81 years old. The house was so wonderfully maintained and well stocked, that we didn't want for anything. We couldn't locate the coffee maker, purchased one on one of our shopping trips, texted the receipt to Debbie, and had a check in hand shortly after returning home from vacation. Debbie was AMAZING to work with. We had contact with her before, during and after our vacation and there is NOTHING that this woman won't do to make your stay REMARKABLE. If Debbie will have us, we'd LOVE to reserve for next year!!!

Perfection!

What a perfect getaway for our family over Spring Break! This home has everything you need. Nice layout with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax both inside and out. Great kitchen with tons of utensils and pans for cooking, and large tables for family meals and card games they already have there. Huge washer and dryer make washing lots of beach towels easy. Beautiful heated pool and hot tub for plenty of fun. Breakfast outside as the sun rises. Runs on the beach. Daytime family walks to a little inlet for the kids to catch minnows and explore. And nighttime walks along the shore after dinner. Plenty of putt putt options nearby. Dinner at Hook and Barrel. Lunch and drinks at Biminis. Lots of local ice cream shops. Kroger grocery delivery. Debbie the property manager is fantastic. The best part....the beautiful beach is so close!

Great Location

Overall we loved our stay! While not big issues or concerns that should prevent anyone from renting this great property I do agree with a previous comment that it would be nice to know the exact address of the house more than just 24 hours in advance. While I am sure there is a reason for this it can be viewed as misleading to renters. If you are planning to work remotely the WiFi is not very strong. This might be typical for this area (my 1st time visiting Myrtle Beach, so can't say for sure), but it was just about impossible to have any Zoom type calls as the signal was not strong enough. The pool and the beach were great! If you want to be on the beach this is the house. There is public beach access right next door, but only about 5 parking spots, so it does not get overly crowded as it does by all of the large hotels / condos. The house was well laid out and flows very well! Having the pool table was a huge bonus (especially on the rainy days)! Definetely considering a return trip to Myrtle Beach!

Thanks for letting us know that you loved staying at Southern Breeze! Everybody loves this location! The website blocks the address and my contact information from the renter until a reservation is made. We call every renter and thank them for booking the house as soon as we get notification from the website. During that first call, the renter is given the address to the house and my cell phone number. I am available by phone, text or email. The welcome letter with the access codes for entry is what is sent out the day before your arrival. We haven't had any issues with Zoom type calls or WIFI strength, and would have been happy to have the cable company resend a signal or put a booster in for you if we had known. We have a private beach walk over for just this Beach House. The neighborhood is very small and private so only people who live in this area use the public walkover. The pool table is indeed a huge bonus on rainy days! Glad to hear that you are thinking of making a return trip!

Beautiful home and great location!

We stayed at this beautiful home with our two kids and our “pod family’s” two kids (ages 6 and 9) over their school’s spring break. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The home is understated from the exterior, and spacious and tasteful in the interior. It doesn’t get any better than the view of the beach and ocean, which are just steps away out of the back, and we spent a lot of time on the second floor deck enjoying it. We spent more time at the pool, which was bigger than we expected (the depth was about 5’) and the hot tub. We paid extra to heat the pool, which was totally worth it so the kids were comfortable. Debbie, our contact for the home, is kind, thorough and responsive. Any issue we had was addressed by maintenance quickly and professionally, and the issues were minor and only brought up so the owners were aware. We know little of Myrtle Beach, but when we told people who are familiar the location of the house they all said it was perfect. We agreed, as we were close to groceries, great restaurants, but far enough away from the crowded areas to keep it a quiet, relaxing vacation. We recommend Hook and Barrel for dinner outside (and great cocktails) and Croissants for breakfast. Do yourself a favor and book it... you deserve it!

Wonderful Location

The property looks just like the photo's. Not all bathrooms are show in the photo's but they're all fine. The location of the property is the north part of Myrtle Beach, not near MB state park as indicated on the map. There are about 16 homes on the beach between large condo's so it's like having a private beach. The beach is just footsteps from the property. The pool gets some shade in the afternoon which was nice for not having to reapply sunscreen. The backyard and pool are surrounded by lush trees and bushes and provide a very private back yard. Communication with the manager was prompt, there were some child items promised to us which were not in the house when we arrived but they were provided by that evening. The manager and cleaning service were able to get us in early as we had children who had to nap. There was an extra fee but it was reasonable. AC worked great, no issues with WIFI. There was a leak in the ceiling of the dining room, we informed the manager, it was not resolved during our stay but I'm sure it will be soon. We just moved the dining table to the side. I would definitely recommend this property.
