Unit 209 is a direct oceanfront townhouse. Watch the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrise from your master bedroom, living room or balcony. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is direct ocean front with amazing views of the beach. The relaxing Crescent Beach lifestyle is yours with both the ocean and pool just steps away. Wi-Fi is available. The master bedroom contains a plush king size bed. The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin bunk bed set. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room as well as your own washer and dryer, 3 TV's, digital cable, and plenty more. This is the place to park your flip flops and stick your toes in the sand. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Crescent Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had an ocean front condo with panoramic views of the open Atlantic and beautiful beach. Our only concern was that the furnishings were somewhat spartan. The couch and loveseat in the living area although clean and modern, were not at all comfortable enough to relax on. The kitchen utensils were of the bare minimum, and the patio furnishings looked tired and in need of upgrading. Also the view was spoilt by the fact the windows were clouded and the glass looked like it needed replacing.

Summerhouse Unit 209

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 2 months in Unit 209. This unit is located in Summerhouse Phase 2. The view of the beach and ocean is beautiful. Also a good view of Pool 2. The beds were comfortable, nice selection of books available to read. While this unit is considered a Tier 2 unit, it appears somewhat dated and there were some issues. The couches were very uncomfortable for a long-term rental. I noticed a reviewer from 2020 mentioned this, but the couches remain. Better to have one comfortable couch and perhaps a couple recliners. The existing couches are unacceptable. There was a lack of dinner-size plates as well as silverware - esp. forks. There were stacks and stacks of old magazines under the coffee table as well as on the entertainment center, making the living room cluttered. Also, three shelves of plastic glasses and an entire shelf of coffee cups simply takes up too much kitchen space. The entry door handle was rusted so badly that it affected the key from turning in the lock. While this may be a good unit for a short-term stay, I wouldn’t recommend it for long term until the furniture is replaced.
