With three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, the condo accommodates families, couples, or groups of friends with ease. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access overlooking the ocean. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and dedicated workspace, while the third bedroom features a twin daybed with trundle and multiple work desks - ideal for children, teens, or remote working needs. A second full bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, provides comfort and privacy for all.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare everything from quick snacks to full meals. With a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware basics, everything you need is on hand. A dining table provides space for shared meals, whether you’re enjoying a fresh seafood dinner or a relaxed breakfast before heading to the beach. For added convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have direct access to Crescent Beach, just steps from the condo’s private walkway. In addition to the beach essentials provided, the community offers a heated swimming pool and tennis courts for recreation, along with free parking for two vehicles and elevator access.
