About this property

We are renting our charming 33 m2 apartment which we have just recently acquired.
This is located in the residence "Les balcons du soleil 1" and enjoys a southern exposure with breathtaking panoramic views of the mountain range and the ski area. It is located in the upper part of the resort at 1650 m, in a very quiet environment, near the Mollaret chairlift, accessible on foot or free shuttle stop outside the residence. The shops are located 50m away. You will find a supermarket, a bakery, a press store, the ESF, the dairy cooperative, ski and hiking equipment rental stores, clothes, several restaurants ...
We offer a well-equipped and carefully decorated apartment for up to 6 people, with 1 separate bedroom (1 double bed) and a window overlooking the mountain range, 1 sleeping area with 1 high bed and a 120 chair, a living with 2 beds of 80 x 200 which can be joined in 1 bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with bath, separate wc and a fully equipped kitchen.
An indoor parking space is available, right next to the elevator, as well as 1 ski locker. WIFI access is accessible and free. On the ground floor of the residence there is a reading room and table football.
You can benefit from a 20% reduction on the rental of ski equipment. The rental of bed and household linen is possible, as well as the cleaning option.
A reception is done on site and 1 refundable deposit check must be given upon entering the apartment.
Tourist tax: € 1.65 / night and per adult

Appartement qui fait le job et avec magnifiques couchers de soleil

Nous sommes venu pour skier et l'appartement convient parfaitement pour cela. Connaissant l'immeuble nous n'avons pas eu de surprises non plus. Attention cependant, si il y a un manque flagrant de neige comme ca a etait dans notre cas, la piste a quelques pas de l'immeuble et qui permet d'arriver au centre station ski au pieds sera ferme. A ce moment il faudra prendre la navette ou la voiture ou marcher (un peu peniblement au Telesiege Le Marquis. Descendre la cote assez raide en chaussures de ski, skis, et eventuellement enfants n'est pas evident. Je suggere des lors de prendre la navette qui est tres reguliere et rapide. L'appartement est joliment meuble avec ce qu'il faut pour le rangement et pour la cuisine. Il manquait juste quelques chaises de terasse sur le balcon pour profiter des apres midi ensoleille et des couchers de soleil qui sont fantastiques.

Appartement très bien situé , fonctionnel pour deux à quatre personnes , literie chambre confortable, pratique avec ascenseur depuis le parking souterrain, commerces proches de la résidence nous avons apprécié !
