The residence "Les Balcons du Soleil 1" is located in the upper part of the Saint-François Longchamp 1650 resort, in the Pré Villot area, near the Mollaret chairlift. You can access it partly on foot and on skis, with ski-in access to the apartment possible depending on snow conditions. A shuttle stop is right in front of the building, making it easy for you to reach the lower part of the resort or return if you missed the last lift or arrive by bus. The building is away from the nightclubs and bars at the bottom of the resort, offering you a very quiet environment.



Shops are located very close to the residence, within walking distance (about 50 meters). A foosball table, a relaxation room, and a shared library are available on the ground floor of the building.



The family-friendly resort is in Savoie and will charm you with its beautiful mountain setting in the heart of the Lauzière massif, offering exceptional views of the Belledonne, Oisans, and Mont Blanc valleys.
