This spacious, villa-style vacation home is located a short stroll from the beach.

In addition to its many wood balconies, a shaded verandah in the back is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Here, stucco archways and iron lamps provide an elegant backdrop for Moreland's large private pool.

In the spacious living and dining area, pale yellows and crèmes are trimmed by subtle blue and accented by dark wood furnishings. High ceilings and windows create a light-filled atmosphere. An exceptionally large kitchen features dark wood cabinets and polished stone counters, including a free-standing breakfast bar.

Of the four bedrooms, several open onto private balconies. In addition, a private den space holds a large sleeper sofa and flat-screen television.

Dirty and needs upkeep

Having stayed in Rosemary Beach in fabulous houses many times, this was clearly a dud. Dirty everywhere which is shocking with COVID around. Many things didn’t work, tv/video/dvd downstairs had no directions so had to go to top of house for that system. This big house’s stove only had 2 burners for cooking in-house, there were 4(!) lounge chairs at the pool in a house that sleeps many, many more! And the grill was totally dirty(!) Maybe we have been spoiled by the nice places, we have been staying at before. Not going back to this dirty mess again.

Cleaning and maintenance needed

Loved the location, the private pool, the numerous decks. The house set up is great for families. The place needs a deep cleaning. The sofas inside need to have their fabric replaced. They are stained. The curtain in the 2nd floor king bathroom needs to be traded for a cordless blind. The curtain is disgusting and the shower is narrow so it brushes up against the person in the shower. With what seems to be very little effort the house could be great.
