Tropical Retreat, Beautiful Bright and Airy Condo with Balcony, Fort Myers
Our condo is located in the beautiful Mediterranean style Gardens at Beachwalk Community. It is a private gated community with lush tropical gardens, lakes, swimming pool, club house, and fully-equipped gym.
Our one bedroom / one bathroom is beautiful, bright, and spacious. Patio and windows face lovely green space of royal palms and other trees, and offers privacy as it does not face any other buildings. The comfortable patio receives lots of Florida sunshine during the winter months. It is on the top floor of a 3 story building which allows for a nice relaxed view. Inside, we keep a simple clean ambiance which has been recently renovated. On the grounds, enjoy the outdoor heated pool, the gym facility, or simple enjoy strolling and taking in the beautiful views.
Features: Newly renovated kitchen and bath. New appliances. Patio faces green space of palm trees. New flooring. Washer/ dryer. Located at the lovely Gardens of Beachwalk community. Swimming pool, gym, club house, beautiful grounds for walking/ running. Short drive to nearby beaches, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, shopping, golf, and restaurants. Grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and other shops are also within walking distance.
We are located close to all major SW Florida attractions... beaches, islands, boating, fishing, golf, shopping, entertainment, restaurants... and lots of sunshine.
Condo is strictly for a 2 person maximum. No pets, No smoking. Quiet and Clean building.
