Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom on the beach in the city of Hollywood beach. Resort style amenities. Full service -gym, cardio, concierge, valet, mini market across the street. Close to shopping malls, restaurants & entertainment like.
This Ocean Front spacious unit 2 bedroom/2 baths has both, Ocean views from the balcony along with HOLLYWOOD BEACH with beautiful sunsets in the evening. It is fully furnished with all the housewares.

Located on the beach, few minutes from Aventura´s Mall.

There are a lot of things to do around (10´around):

Gulf-stream, casino, restaurants and shops

Aventura mall

The Hollywood boardwalk (restaurants on the water)

You will also be centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, making both destinations easily accessible from Hollywood.

AMENITIES

Guests can use the pool, the gym and the clubhouse that has private conference rooms, reading areas and a pool table. Also, there is direct access to the beach from the building.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, Unlimited in and out parking by yourself for 10 dollars a day only.
one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, meeting center with billiard requires reservation and deposit, valet parking (some amenities may have a small cost) DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS.

Direct beach access, pool, gym, and all amenities with designated fob. Guests will receive one fob for 20 dollars for all the stay period.

Laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load.

GETTING AROUND
There is a Hollywood Trolley that takes you up and down Hollywood Beach and to downtown Hollywood. There is also a water taxi across the street that will take you by boat to South Beach or to Fort Lauderdale/Las Ola's Blvd.

Family fun

The apartment was a nice size with balcony, and views of the ocean. The pool was amazing, water was warm and there were plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. Short easy walk to the beach. We had a great time. There was food and coffee close by.

Family Trip

We were in town because my teenage son was attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The check in was easy, but there were some hidden costs - an additional $30 for 2 key fobs to access amenities. No self parking allowed, valet was charged up front $10/day. We stayed for 7 nights. So we paid an additional $100 before we stepped foot inside the unit. The location of the condo and neighborhood was great. I felt comfortable walking to my son's hotel for activities. The proximity to the beach as well as the view were both great. However, the condo could use major updates. The kitchen and both bathrooms need to be remodeled. The furniture needs to be replaced. Our friends stayed on the property as well in another condo for basically the same price, (I actually helped her book it) and her condo was extremely nice, with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets and large updated furniture. This is why I have to rate this property with only 3 stars. I have stayed in many VRBOs so I truly believe in being honest in my reviews and I hope others are honest as well because I read them before I book them. I hope mine was helpful!

Great place to relax!

My husband, 2 older teen boys, and I, had a wonderful time at Betty’s place! The rooms are spacious & immaculate. We were in town for a family wedding, and the place had everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful floors, relaxing sofa, lovely pool & beach. With the stunning view, we truly enjoyed our morning coffee and delicious empanadas (from the local Argentinian place across the street). We recommend this VRBO, and hope to be back soon!

As advertised, great location, superb views, excellent beach. Apartment is sterile white with all the bare necessities. Very clean. Needed a few maintenance touches-bathrooms showers leak, guest bathroom door handles doesn’t turn easily from inside, slider blind chain doesn’t work well, so minor but important. You will not get the entry code until exactly check in time. Enjoyable but would probably not stay again.

Best girls' trip. Plenty of room for 6 women. Had a few mishaps and management was wonderful. Helped us get with a late check-in and when we locked the wrong lock. we plan to stay there again.

Thanksgiving on the beach

Great time with hubby, 3 kids (8, 6, and 2), and my Dad! The girls spent the entire time playing in the pool or on the beach and didn't want to leave. Perfect place to accommodate our 2-day beach escape.

Great time!!

First time booking on VRBO and couldn’t have asked for a better Host. She responded right away to all my questions before our trip. Her place was beautiful. The view from the balcony was AMAZING! Could have sat out there all day! She provided towels and beach chairs which was awesome considering we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

We visited Florida with our three children (13, 20, and 22) and beagle for a family vacation. Our stay was wonderful!! The view was breathtaking! This rental is as described and very convenient. Positives: Beautiful view Beach is right there 3 queen beds Walk in shower and bathtub Lots of space Plenty of towels Beach supplies Comfortable supplies for home (kitchen supplies. hairdryer, iron, soap, etc) Questions were answered via text promptly Negatives (petty, but included just so you know I am being fair): Cable TV box was not working, so owner called company and had it replaced Floors are tile so sandy and slippery when wet. We placed a towel next to the beds to wipe our feet before getting in. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!!

Beautiful Beach View

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for us because it was right on the beach and also close to fun restaurants. The property manager, Betty, was very quick to respond and helpful with all the questions we had. The only negatives were that an elevator in the building wasn't working so there was a bit of a wait to get to and from your room, and the apartment could use some TLC (worn, dirty/ dusty-looking ceiling, awkward tile patch job in shower, old stained pillows). None of this would stop us from staying again, but they are things that could be fixed to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Wonderful vacation.

My family loved our few days here. Betty the property manager was awesome and responded quickly to any question I had during my stay. The condo had a beautiful view and it was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone that is thinking about renting it.
