Walking distance to downtown with exciting restaurants, breweries and shopping, yet only a short drive (15-20 minutes) to some of the best wineries Sonoma County has to offer. Come and enjoy the modern, yet cozy decor of this beautiful 1933 home and explore the wonder of the North Bay.

The home offers two large living spaces, both with fireplaces, so there is space for everyone is enjoy their stay. The open plan kitchen and great room lead out onto the back deck.

The kitchen is very well stocked with the tools and utensils you will need to prepare your meals. We provide basic essentials for cooking, such as oils and spices.

The master bedroom offers a luxury ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king sized bed and has its own access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds and a desk area.

Santa Rosa Short Term Rental Permit: SVR25-103. Maximum 6 guests. Please note that guests must observe the quiet hours of 9pm to 7am, as per our short term rental permit rules.

Up to 2 pets are welcome for an extra fee. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the home, and must be kept off beds and furniture. All pet waste must be picked up.
