Pet Policy
The Surfside Condo is Dog-Friendly. Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs up to 50lbs per dog. A pet fee of $35/night/pet will be applied to the reservation. Guests are responsible for the continued oversight and care of their pets.
Pets cannot be left in the property unattended.
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by their pets. This may include excessive hair and/or stains left on furnishings.
Guests must pick up after their pets. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to for pet waste not cleaned at the property.

Great stay

A great house located within a ten minute walk to downtown and adjacent to public beach access. The house was clean and well-appointed with great privacy in the backyard. Would definitely rent again.

Great Trip

Everything was great with a couple exceptions, path to the beach is pretty long and there was some dead wildlife in the outdoor storage area. We also had an AC issue when we arrived but it was repaired within 2 hours, so no big deal. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.
