This cozy one-plus bedroom unit is located directly on the new malecon extension to old town, just a stone's throw from the ocean, within walking distance to everything, including restaurants, taco stands, shopping, art galleries, grocery stores, the beaches, swimming, parasailing, surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, water taxis, tours, horseback riding, buses, nightclubs, etc. Every night see the fireworks from your own balcony and go to sleep to the sound of the waves. By day, gaze at the entire bay and spot dolphins, whales, manta rays and fish jumping. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the view was amazing! Great communication with the owner, easy check in/out. The place had everything you needed. No loud music noise, all other streets noise quiets down at around midnight. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay. Everything about it was smooth. The hosts & site manager were very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was well appointed, safe & comfortable. Great location in the middle of all the action. Rooftop pool was very nice as well.

The most absolutely perfect spot. Gorgeous artwork, everything you could need right in the heart of the action. Noise from malecon barely noticable in the rear bedroom. We cant wait to return and this will always be our spot for any future trips to PV

Perfect location and the view on the balcony was the best! Every night you see the pirate ship and fireworks, do not have to go anywhere. Also, the view from the pool on the top of the building was great. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to restaurants, town, etc. Marina in the office was extremely helpful, as were Paige and Whitney. Paige and Whitney are the owners who were very accommodating and wonderful. You could not go wrong staying here - highly recommend it - 4.5 stars. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay in the heart of all the action!

My sister and I stayed in late March - early April and this condo was the perfect location to relax, people watch, enjoy the sunset and saunter downstairs for easy meals. The kitchen allowed us to make simple meals when we felt like staying in. Twin beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having two separate bedrooms to use during the stay. You won't find a better view or easier access. We didn't have to rent a car for the trip as everything we needed was within walking distance. The condo is right on the bus line and uber pick-up and drop-off was easy to and from the airport.

Wonderful balcony

Gorgeous, beach front balcony. Right on the Malecon. Great for people watching and enjoying morning coffee or evening sunset. We felt very safe. Very clean. Plenty of space for a couple. AC worked great. My only wish was for a keurig. I sent my husband out for coffee and there are several places close by. We would definitely rent here again!

Perfect!

This property is everything you see in the photos and more. We were a group of 3 adults and there was plenty of room and basic supplies for everyone. The location just can’t be beat, and the large balcony overlooking the malecon and the ocean was icing on the cake. Many evenings were spent there people watching. We had to contact Paige one day and she responded very quickly and happily accommodated our request. Five shining stars for this property and the owners!

Outstanding View and Location

The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our six night stay. The description of the unit aligned with our experience. The apartment was well stocked with hand and dish soap along with plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. A large container of drinking water was also supplied. Can’t say enough about the breathtaking views from the balcony. We looked forward to having a cocktail each night sitting at the patio table and enjoying the fireworks from the pirate ship. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Magical, loved the boho vibe! It felt like home.

It was enjoyable and the staff here were very helpful.Checkin was great and unstressful. The sound of the ocean was wonderful at night! We watched whales from the balcony, it's open air and private at the same time.You can run out and get a piece of cake if you want in 2 minutes from the vendors outside your door. Everything is handy,oxxo steps away for basics(beer).Starbucks a block away. Best Tacos ever!!!! Berrian a block away!We got them to go and brought them back to eat with that view! The host were extremely quick to respond to any questions. I can't say enough,we loved it!

Loved the house but owner needs to update description

The condo was beautiful. We really loved the decor and the the comfortable feel of the home. The owner was able to accept our reservation last minute which was much appreciated. During the day - this place is amazing. To be able to open all the sliding doors and hear the waves and feel the breeze was awesome. Yes the kitchen is small but there are so many amazing restaurants in PV that we ate out anyway. The downside is that there are street parties - EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. It is SOOOO LOUD and went on to all hours of the night - sometimes until 3AM. I get that this is not the owners fault - but as a VRBO owner myself in Texas - I feel that these street parties need to be in the description so folks know what they are in for. It was so loud - we ended up checking out 2 days early and just going home (No sleep night after night can really ruin a vacation). At the very least - I would bring ear plugs because it's loud ya'll.

Not a great first VRBO experience

We arrived on a Sunday and the office for the condominium was closed. Fortunately there was a maintenance person there able to help however it took some time to get our keys. The safe did not work so we had to carry All our valuables with us. My spouse thought the place was not particularly clean. There were hairs in the shower, the coffee pot was not cleaned out and the garbage can in the kitchen was not particularly clean. We found out after we paid that we could not flush toilet paper down the toilet. The bed felt old and was not particularly comfortable. It was noisy until about midnight which was fine as we knew and accepted that on rental. After the first night we went to another hotel for the next four nights.

Charming typical Mexican apartment in PERFECT LOCATION

I've stayed in a number of places nearby, but this condo is the best-situated property of all. Just below the balcony is the malecon with food vendors who set up their tents in late afternoon to sell crepes and other goodies. It's fantastic to watch the waves during the day and, as the sun sets, enjoy the parade of people who bring the place to life. The property itself is charming with its bright colors and outstanding views. The shower has plenty of hot water even if you have to give it a couple of minutes to reach the showerhead. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of towels and other items to make your stay easy. Across the street is an OXXO (similar to 7-11) so you can pick up any grocery items you might need. Highly recommend this place. The only issue we had was connecting with the on-site manager. She was away from her office taking care of something else in the building and I couldn't get my phone to ring her phone. The owners were quick to return my call, but by the time we connected the manager had already returned and another resident in the building had been helpful in being sure that we found her. Next time we'll try to contact her when we're at the airport so she knows we're on our way. Overall, this was a great place to enjoy as home base for a vacation in PV.

Unmatched Magnificent View

This condo is directly on the malecon with a very large terrace looking out onto the bay and around the corner onto the center of town. The sliding glass doors open up basically the full front and half the side of the condo. Yes, I said OPEN. So it's just like you are outside every minute you are actually inside....you can easily hear the crashing waves of the ocean even from the bedroom. And on the subject of hearing, you can also hear all the commotion from the malecon, the bars and shops below. There are food stands set up right under your balcony till very late at night. And by late I mean there's a lot of noise easily to midnight, 1 am or later depending on the night. If you have trouble going to sleep you may want ear plugs, a radio with ear buds or perhaps not staying directly on the malecon. Of course, if you do that, you will miss the best view you may ever have of the Bay. Sidebar: There are a couple of palm trees off to the left that partially block the sunset . This can be kind of a good thing if it's hot and you don't want the sun shining directly sideways into your face. But it also means that if you truly want the best view of the sunset, you should go up two flights more to the rooftop where you will have truly the best view EVER of the bay. As for the rest of the condo, the kitchen is postage sized with no room to put food let alone actually cook. There is an actual oven and a good sized fridge but I'm a short person and would have to curl up to lay down lol. Best suggestion:Plan to eat out at all the Fabulous and often very reasonable places in PV and use the fridge to keep your water and beer cold and maybe some milk for cereal. The bed was very comfortable, the decor is very tropical and bright. We loved the funky, fun look that the owners clearly put some real thought into. Things to know: There are a lot of stairs up into the condo's very secured entry (a plus) and then up to the unit but then that's where the view is! You must throw ALL toilet paper in the trash here as the plumbing in Centro PV is too sensitive. You will find this ALL OVER PV, so if that's a problem, Mexico might not be for you. The water is ok to wash stuff but don't drink it we were told. PV's water is very highly rated as clean but maybe old pipes? You get a large bottle of water on a stand though. Last but definitely not least, every question or issue we had was responded to professionally and quickly by our hosts, They were great!

While our time in Puerto Vallarta was impacted by the events on 2/22, Whitney could not have been more supportive and helpful during the uncertainty. We truly appreciated her responsiveness and care. The property itself felt secure, and we loved spending time on the terrace/balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The rooftop pool was also a highlight—we spent several relaxing afternoons there. Another great feature was the location: it’s an easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, which made exploring simple and enjoyable. The condo was perfect for our needs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location was prime! I love the area and to walk the malecone daily, That is great! Large balcony, it was private, The evening sunsets were amazing! You don’t see your neighbors, except to say hello in passing in the hall way. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I felt safe, you can’t enter the building without your key. Amazing!

Paige and Whitney's PV place was incredible! Perfect location, easy check-in and we felt very safe. We loved the sunset and people watching from the balcony every evening. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

We have loved Vallarta practically forever. When Whitney moved to Vallarta, that was the perfect excuse to buy a condo, and this place was for sale. It was, and continues to be a dream come true! We cannot believe that we are so lucky to actually own the most fabulous place in the world!

What makes this property unique

The location, the balcony, and the panoramic view are the heart of our home. The vibrant colors of the interior will put a smile on your face. We are located on the Malecon just one block from La Iglesia de Guadalupe, overlooking the panoramic view of Banderas Bay. You can enjoy a stroll on the Malecon just by walking downstairs and out the front door. To the left, Los Muertos Beach is just a 5-10 minute stroll away, to the right, the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta is only steps away. You won't need to go anywhere to enjoy the magical sunsets, or beautiful lightning storms during the rainy season, just walk outside and have a seat on the balcony. You can see fireworks nightly right off the balcony as the Marigalante Pirate Ship sails by. It just doesn't get much better than this, there is no place in the world we would rather be.
