We would like to welcome you to stay in our charming and very comfortable home in Sunriver that is nestled among beautiful Ponderosa pine trees and sits on a 3rd of an acre providing significant privacy.
This is a quality constructed home located near Sunriver's Fort Rock Park, and centrally located between both golf courses, bike paths, and the SHARC.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a dramatic river-rock fireplace (wood provided) with an artfully fashioned custom mantel. Open vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level, a wonderful centerpiece for the gathering together of family and friends. The cozy setting overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with 3 additional at the counter.

You will find terrific views from every window. Especially enjoyable after a long day's exploration of the boundless, natural beauty surrounding our Sunriver vacation rental home.

Directly off the dining room is the outrageous, wrapping deck with an Umbrella table, lounge furnishings and barbecue grill. From the deck, skyline views offer guests the ideal place to experience brilliant sunsets and sparkling, night skies... bright with romance and starlight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you would ever need.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck.

The lower level is where you find the family room with a queen-size sofa sleeper. There is a 41" flat screen TV with
DVD/VCR. You have access to the lower deck to the hot tub from a large sliding door. Off the family room is the second bedroom which has a queen-size bed and a full bath.

Bedroom three is also off the family room which has a set of bunk beds, and a queen-size bed. Bathroom three is off of bedroom three and the family room. The Laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are bikes.We also have a ping pong table.

There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore

Thank you for taking good care of our home!!!!! There are xtra keys on the cork board in the kitchen. you can also leave the laundry room door unlocked, just make sure the garage is locked

Close all window coverings. Place dirty towels and bed linens in the laundry room Please make sure you wash, dry fold and put away the beach towels,

Unwind ie close the umbrella out on the deck, If there are high winds it could be pulled out of the stand.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I provide beach towels for the hot tub and sharc, but if used they need to be washed, dried folded and put away otherwise there will be a $25 charge

please do not use bath towels for hot tub, they are getting ruined by bleach from the hot tub, and please no bleach in washing machine, thank you

Lovely home filled with everything you need for a fun-filled stay in Sunriver. We enjoyed using the homeowners bikes and absolutely loved free access to the recreation center-the pool and water slides were great fun. Our only issue was trying to get the cable tv to work-just couldn’t figure it out!

Great family retreat

We loved this home and especially how well stocked it was. Close to everything and helpful having the passes. The bikes are a bit of a challenge and some wider tires or at least a couple with gears would be appreciated. Overall, lovely property and so glad we stayed here!

Great family getaway

We had a great time vacationing with family at this house. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the bikes were in good condition and fun to ride, the passes to the pool were a big hit, the hot tub was nice to relax in, the ping pong table was fun, the location was quiet and close to trails. We would love to come back. The owner was very responsive.

Cozy winter getaway

The comfy couches, peaceful views, and fireplace were relaxing, while the board games and ping pong provided fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and I appreciate the parking space in the garage.

We have stayed in Sunriver a number of times over the past 40 years. This was certainly one of the very best. Nice and quiet with easy access to the river. This has to be one of the best-equipped rentals i have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend

Great spot in Sunriver

The perfect rental for a very relaxed ski weekend with friends! The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every meal at home. We had everything we needed and the instructions and access to all amenities were seamless. Would rent here again!

A wonderful vacation home in a great location. Quiet cul-de-sac with enough beds for three couples. Lots of natural light and good seating in the living room. Loved the ping pong table! We were impressed with the quality and would definitely return.

Loved this house

Perfect place for us and our three kids. Plenty of space and very well equipped. Great being so close to Fort Rock Park and we enjoyed the various routes to the village. The ping pong table was an added plus. Tough wrestling the kids out of the place.

Great space

Great home for a family stay. Kitchen was the most well stocked of any property we have booked. Nice to have have some staple spices available if you are cooking. Location was great, it was quiet. Bikes and hot tub were an added bonus. Downstairs television would not work for us, other than powering on, but with two other televisions it was no big deal.

Good Vacation

Nice property. Great for our spring break trip with two adult siblings and our families, especially given the sleeping and living areas on both floors. Three adults, one teen, two little kids and we all had fun. Kitchen is really well stocked so cooks will be happy. Hot tub is great. Some of the decor and furniture are aging but all serviceable. Lots of instructions all around the house so if rules stress you out, be aware. But overall a good location for a great sunriver getaway.

Everything you could want, and more!

Our Family used this home as a launching point for a few hikes (including Crater Lake), and it far exceeded expectations! This is easily the most stocked vacation home we've rented, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets/plates/and cups. They did not skimp on laundry or dish detergent (which was a huge plus as I feel too many home rentals are doing that now). The home itself was beautiful but we didn't spend much time there, except in the hot tub! The Sunriver neighborhood was filled with awesome activities. We came home exhausted from hikes and still found ourselves trying to explore all the bike paths with the bikes they provided, and making pickleball reservations on the courts. Also, Kathy was so personable in the app, and very responsive; love being able to communicate with one single person who knows the rental in and out. Thanks so much for making our vacation an absolute blast!

Beautiful Home

A group of my girlfriends get together every year to rent a house and go skiing and snowshoeing. We have been doing this for 11 years now and this was by far our favorite house. The home was very clean and well taken care of and had a warm and comfortable vibe. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room and no one felt like they were tripping over each other. We appreciated the hot tub being right off the deck and the barrier for privacy. There are never ending windows and it felt like we were nested in the middle of wilderness. There were neighboring houses, but they were a fair distance and never felt intrusive. The location was fantastic for going up to Mt. Bachelor and the snow parks, and amenities like the market and restaurants were only about 5 minutes away. Kathy was amazing at answering any questions we had, and responded within minutes. She even worked with us to allow extra time to pack up. The one thing I would suggest is that if you’re planning to wash and dry clothes, make sure to allow extra time. The dryer took a bit longer than we expected. We will definitely be looking up this home when we make it back to the Sunriver area again!
