The Gulf Views from Twin Palms 1201 are spectacular! Large windows line the southern wall of the living room serving up endless views of the emerald waters! This well-appointed, 2BR/2BA condo boasts new flooring, updated fixtures, granite counter tops in the kitchen, and breathtaking beachfront views. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and beachfront balcony access. There’s another bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Have your morning coffee on the Gulf Front balcony overlooking the sugar white sands and emerald waters!

Emerald Coast Cruzin Week

Nice experience overall - very clean and well decorated. I would suggest a new couch and a touch up of the trim and baseboard paint. This is our second stay here and plan to come back in November.

Emerald Coast Cruz-in Week

The unit was clean and well furnished. The only thing that I may suggest is to freshen up the unit by painting the baseboards, shoe molding and door trim. Other than that, it was very nice !

Infested with cockroaches lost 2 days of our vacation! My family was terrified and had roaches on them while they slept! I was killing 20 roaches and hour my fist two days

Too many codes.

The room was nice and clean The balcony was wonderful with beautiful views of the ocean. But we had to have a code to enter the gate. Another code to enter our room. Another code to enter the pool area. Another code to enter Spa room. Another code to enter the beach. Too many codes. Also the only way to the pool or beach was through the parking garage. There was no lobby that we could find.

Great place to stay

POSITIVES: Location and parking was nice! Condo was clean and really nice! Loved the huge balcony! House was very cute and well stocked with nearly anything we needed. Pool & hot tub was really a great size and accommodating. The beach was right there…..I mean we did not have far to walk at all! NEGATIVES: Not a huge deal for us but the description of the beds were misleading: (It said 2 king size beds but it was a king and a queen.) Could not find a hot pad for cooking and the timing was the funnies part because I was in the middle of cooking when I realized I needed one but did not have one so a hand towel worked just as well! No beach towel in room as described to be in the closet….not an issue but was concerned who to let know that this item was missing. The front load washer has that typical smell that they are notorious of having and my wife did not want to use it but did any way! Like I said above; these were. It huge issues but in some cases with other visitors, they could be . We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!!!

Overall nice

Great location, but very easy to overlook turn. Parking deck is small and very narrow, not much parking. The room had a great vibe and set up. Loved the large balcony. Felt like a little too many rules, like leaving the light on on balcony. Also felt ridiculous to be asked to do so much clean up or threatened with an additional cleaning fee. To ask that you clean up that much and leave no extra trash bags and such a hefty cleaning fee. There was one roll of cheap toilet paper in each bathroom and one cheap roll paper towels in the kitchen, one dishwasher pod. Liked that we had sufficient cookware for dinner and even a book and movie selection. I was very upset to see that even though they stated no pets except by owners it was detailed absolutely no pit bulls. I had considered taking my dog previously and was upset that they single out one breed when reading the rule book. It is a short distance to get to beach and had no trouble getting elevators or luggage carts. The security staff were NOT friendly at all and made us uncomfortable on multiple occasions. Definitely room for improvement but not a bad stay.

The condo was ok, only showing minor wear and tear. We did get locked out, and all of our belongings (keys/money) were in condo. The property manager did give us a gift card so we could get something to eat/drink. Thankfully it was quicker than they estimated. They were all quick to respond, just a little inconvenient. All things considered, we would still rent from them again.

The condo was fabulous! The views were gorgeous. Wish we could see down the beach to the right though. The condo Nextdoor was in the way. We had the tropical storm come in while we were there so it was cool to watch the lighting. We had 4 adults in the condo with us and it was just right. The only thing I’d suggest is to bring extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and laundry soap. There is not much options to store food so if you want to cook bring containers or bags. The turn in to the condo into the parking garage is a little bit of a doozy the first time but wasn’t a problem after words.The access to the beach is very easy and nice. The pool is a tad small but does its job. The condo is not far from all of the fun PCB stops. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in PCB!

Our condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The facilities were all kept very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a wonderful trip and we were very happy with everything! The one thing that would be nice would be to be able to have an early check in option.

Stay was nice for the most part, beds are really firm. Had problems with the living room tv and while doing laundry and cooking on the stove it blew a main breaker to the unit and power was out for 2 hours. Staff for the most part was friendly except at the pool area they were very rude and hateful.

Great location and fast elevators

Room wasn't ready until 2 hrs after check in time. So after driving 9 hrs and unloading luggage and groceries, we weren't able to get into the room until someone showed up and started cleaning it at 430 pm. Other than that and a broken chair the room was nice and in a nice location.
