Our stay was overall pleasant. The location of the room was the best! Communication with property owner was great. The bathroom in the master was clogged and a bit dirty, but the property owner offered to fix right away. Master suite was worn and need to be updated for good sleep. All amenities were stocked like the description stated. Great for a small family looking to vacation on a budget.

Thank you for taking time to review our condo. Glad to know you enjoyed your stay. We had cleaned all drains in December, 2025. It’s our routing maintenance. Our cleaning crew cleaned it up again after you checked out.

Host was great only complaint was that not all amminites were available such as half of the pools were closed. And then also the cafe was closed also if all was open it would have been a 5 star.

Thank you for your review and kind words. During the winter season, the resort closes select amenities, including some pools and the café, for maintenance and seasonal demand. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back when all facilities are open for a full 5-star experience!
