Charming south-facing duplex studio near slopes
Duplex studio apartment of 33m² for 4 persons at the 4th floor of a residence with no lift.
Balcony facing South.
Location: foot of the slopes, resort entrance area.
Living area: living room with [hidden], sofa and dining area.
Parquet floors.
Kitchen: open to the living room.
Equipment: electric gas cooker with oven and 4 electric hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set.
Sleeping capacity:
- Bedroom: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 singles bed (80x190)
Top bed not recommended under 6 Years Old
- Living room: 1 sofa bed (double bed : 160x180)
The bedroom on the mezzanine is not isolated from the living. You access to it by a steep staircase. The mezzanine is under the roof, so a tall person will not stand everywhere on it.
