No running water

I arrived late afternoon on Saturday 7th December and upon our arrival found there was absolutely no running water. I immediately contacted the owners rental contact but, although she tried to help over the phone, the problem was not solved. On Sunday, we were told that nowhere would be open so would have to wait until Monday 9th December, when I asked if it would be possible to arrange somewhere for us to shower we were told we would have to make our own arrangements. At around 11am on Monday I received a text that the water was working, on returning to the apartment we found the water was running but there was no hot water. Again, I contacted the rental contact and was told an electrician would be round at 6pm on Tuesday 10th December. The hot water didn’t return until the following morning, so the first shower we were able to take in 3 days was freezing cold. Due to these circumstances I asked the rental contact to see if the owner would be willing to give us a discount for our stay but didn’t hear anything, so I reached out to the owner. When I explained the situation he debated the dates, although I have all the texts between myself and the rental contact, and was only willing to offer a 10% discount on a future stay, but as I won’t be returning this does little to compensate for my rather disastrous stay.

Appartement en très bon état et parfaitement situé à proximité du Jandry.Petit bémol sur l'isolation acoustique avec un voisin du dessus particulièrement bruyant tôt le matin.

Logement très bien situé, agréable, propre et fonctionnel.La cuisine est bien garnie en vaisselles, plats et accessoires.Le place de parking est un plus non négligeable.Que ce soit la personne qui s'occupe du logement ou des propriétaires, la réactivité est bien présente ce qui est très agréable.Le bâtiment de 4 logements est très calme.Le seil petit bémol pour notre séjour a été le matelas du lit tiroir qui n'était pas très confortable pour un adulte.Nous n'hésiterons à revenir si un futur séjour s'organise dans cette très belle station, nous avons adoré, l'ambiance, le domaine skiable

Un très bon séjour

Communication très précise en amont avec le propriétaire. Procédure d’accueil sur place très fluide et rapide. Propreté impeccable. La place de parking est bien appréciable, d’autant plus que le stationnement est maintenant payant dans la station. De plus, elle est très proche de l’appartement ce qui facilite le déplacement des bagages. Casier à ski très facilement accessible. Le coin cuisine et la salle de douche ont été refait à neuf. Le téléphérique Jandry est facilement accessible et un retour à ski au pied de l’appartement peut s’envisager quand il y a assez de neige.

Excellent séjour

Le logement est idéalement placé à 2 pas du téléphérique du Jandri. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé avec une décoration tout à fait soignée et cosy. Un grand merci au propriétaire qui est très réactif et à l'écoute de nos demandes, nous avons apprécié de pouvoir échanger en direct avec lui. A recommander absolument.

Logement bien équipé et bien placé

Rien à dire sur le logement très bien sous tout rapport. Bien placé, bien équipé, confortable. Le seul bémol est le parking souterrain destiné à de petites voitures, ce qui devrait être indiqué dans l'annonce.

Un séjour de choix

Accès très facile, situation idéale dans la station des 2 Alpes. Centre de la ville, proximité des commerces et des pistes de ski. Pas de bruit car situé idéalement entre rue principale et domaine skiable. Le centre ville avec les avantages mais pas les inconvénients. Un garage très accessible situé juste sous l'appartement. Appartement très confortable, très propre, spacieux, accès facile par quelques marches. Entièrement équipé, grand balcon ensoleillé, avec vue et proximité du domaine skiable et de la zone de jeux enfants, que du bonheur ! Nous aurons le plaisir de louer de nouveau !!!

Très bon séjour - appartement conforme à l'annonce

- Echanges faciles et conviviaux avec le propriétaire (qui pour satisfaire une interrogation de ma fille a eu la gentillesse d'acheter un gaufrier pour son plaisir). - L'annonce et les photos sont parfaitement conformes au logement. - Le parking est un atout sérieux mais la place nécessite de savoir manœuvrer.

Absolutely loved it!

What a fantastic little apartment. It's super close to the cheapest supermarket in town and a short walk to the gondola. There are loads of lovely bars and eateries nearby too. The apartment is small but perfect for a couple. There's a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. There is plenty of storage space for all your stuff and there's a small cupboard in the basement for your skis and snowboards. The bathroom is lovely with a nice shower and a heating element behind one of the mirrors so it doesn't mist up. The kitchen is well equipped with a proper oven. There's no kettle though. There are these electronic rollers that are awesome as they completely shut out the light so for someone like me that's sensitive to light when trying to sleep, it's perfect! The owner is great at communicating but bear in mind that English isn't their first language. The lady that looks after the apartment for the owners is really lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Appartement spacieux et parfaitement équipé. Accès facile piéton et garage souterrain appréciable.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, et cerise sur le gâteau, par un temps magnifique. L'accès aux pistes en bout de parking est un plus, permettant l'aller et le retour aux pistes sur terrain plat et sans aucune contrainte horaire qui serait liée à l'attente d'une navette, cela étant totalement inutile. Tous les services du centre ville à portée de main, et le calme recherché le soir par léger éloignement de la rue principale. L'accès facile au garage souterrain permet de retrouver un véhicule propre et déneigé le jour du départ. Que du bonheur, nous retenterons probablement cette expérience au même endroit, en croisant les doigts pour que le soleil soit encore de la partie. Semaine mémorable.
