This quiet residential area is perfect vacation retreat, but is just minutes from restaurants, beaches and shopping.


This wonderful Caribbean cottage offers 2 king bedrooms with en-suite baths and an open loft for an additional 2 guests in twin beds. Suitable for up to 6 guests, Jasmine has been freshly remodeled with modern beach house furnishings and a sleek new kitchen, with custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Creature comforts and amenities include high end finishes, luxury linens, cable TV with premium programming and wireless internet access. Of course, full laundry access is on premises.


Views over Great Cruz Bay and the Caribbean are brought right into the great room with large sliding doors. Open the house up to enjoy the sea breeze and step outside onto the wraparound deck to enjoy an alfresco dinner, or just a cool refreshment as the sun sinks below the horizon.


An inviting pool is just outside for lounging or just drifting the day away. Located just above the pool is a gazebo to relax and enjoy the views and trade winds in the shade.

Island paradise

Villa was clean and beautiful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beach chairs and coolers came in handy for beach days. The pool was an extra added perk. Nice location close to town. Hope to come again soon.

Beautiful and convenient

We stayed at Jasmine for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and surpassed our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The pool is a nice treat and we used it quite a bit. The grounds around the house are full of beautiful plants and flowers. We enjoyed the deck for eating dinner and watching the sunset and the iguanas in the trees.
