$500 Incidental deposit collected at check in & returned 1-3 days from checkout when no damage occurs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not run AC below 70 degrees, keep windows or doors closed, keep bugs out. Do not feed the birds or iguanas. No vaping/smoking
White bath towels are for indoors use only. Please refrain from using bath towels for any spills. $40.00 fee for stains; Makeup towels supplied.

The location is excellent! Easy access to restaurants and bars and able to walk to town easily to catch taxis to beaches! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nora was very helpful and whenever we had a question, she responded very quickly! Highly recommend staying here!!

Lovely Property!

Nora was wonderful! She picked us up from ferry, had a fridge stocked for us and was very helpful with all things St. John! Property is lovely and is close to downtown but very industrial setting. Please be aware and allow time for cleaning process when departing. It’s more involved than other properties that I have rented.

Absolutely amazing!

If I could do give higher than five stars, I would all day long! The place was perfect for myself and two teenage kids. Location is convenient and made it walkable to cruise Bay. The place itself was immaculate! Most of all the hosts were incredible!!! They help us with every single one of our needs. By the end of the trip I can say we truly became friends. I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful New Property

Nora was an amazing host! From picking us up at 10:30pm the night we arrived at the passanger ferry to inviting us to try pickle ball with her to great restuarant options she was there to help us in any any and answered all our questions.The property was beautful, clean, and has every amentie needed for a comforable stay. We had a great patio to relax in off the main livng area and a pool our daughter enjoyed daily. Bruce also was very helpful with our requests and luggage. Overall, we would stay again and highly recommend anyone coming to visit St. John to stay with Nora and Bruce.

Nice place/ good location

We really enjoyed our stay. Nora and her husband Bruce were great hosts. Generally speaking, the rental was clean and pretty much brand new.We did not realize the pool was shared, but also was not a big deal. I could see it being less attractive if there were people in all of the units tryin to share the pool. We did have to clean the coolers and found the kitchen cabinets and master bath countertops to not be as clean as we would expect. They had a fair amount of finger prints and grease on them. Nothing terrible, but worthwhile noting given the price wasn’t cheap. All in all we had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

This home is beautifully decorated, very modern, and convenient to downtown. The car ferry dock is a stone's throw away, which makes for a quick trip to get there. However, the ferry boats, which at night park directly outside the house, leave their very bright spotlights on until past bedtime, which wasn't great.The owner is working on getting a generator, which will be a help since the power went out twice for prolonged periods during our 4 day stay. The shared swimming pool is lovely and well maintained. We were frustrated to discover at checkout that the quoted price was not for full occupancy of 4 people, despite entering 4 occupants when booking. We didn't catch that we were being charged 600 extra for the 4th person because it was listed under the additional fees section, rather than being reflected in the rental price. We gave feedback to the owner that it would be far better to be upfront about the true rental cost, and an experimental booking to test if this has changed seems to indicate that it has.
