The unit was amazing and fit our need perfectly. The only downside of our visit is the pool area. There were guests that had music playing so loud that we could barely hear each other talk or get the attention of our children in the pool. Also, the cushioned chairs were very worn and dirty.

Nice but check in was not easy

Rented for my son and his family and the property was nice, the check in person was trying to be held ful but the host company really didn't do enough to make sure the check in was well communicated.

Overall great place

Check in was a bit of a snafu. We got our keys to our room 302 and given instructions how to get there. The keys didn’t work. I went back down to the desk and let the woman know that key’s didn’t work. She reworked the keys and I went back up to the room and opened the door. The problem was someone was already in 302. Which was what was written on the card that came with keys. Went back down and got the keys for 303 our correct room. Other that this everything was great. Shuttle to our venue was much appreciated.
