Large garden with lawn and fruit trees. Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator. 2 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning upstairs. The 3 bedrooms are with double beds, there is a possibility of a sofa bed. In all there is ample wardrobe. Chance to see the sea and on the other hand, the upstream of the Republic of S. Marino.
Large porch that runs on 2 sides of the house.
