Apartment located a few meters from the beach of Torre Pedrera, but still in a quiet area.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a living area with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. There is air conditioning in the living area and room. The beach is 100 meters from the house. The owners live in the same structure. Supermarket, pastry shop, pharmacy, pizzeria, bars, tobacconists and any other shop are within walking distance in a few minutes so, wishing the car could stand for the duration of your vacation. For those who love to travel anyway, bus stops to go to Rimini center or malls are five minutes on foot.
For the more active people the hinterland offers many alternatives, from castles (San Leo, Verucchio, San Marino, Gradara) to the small villages very suggestive and characteristic where you can taste the dishes of Romagna.
Motorcyclists are welcome, with the possibility to leave their own motorbike in the garden and some advice on routes and points of interest.

our host and his wife, were fantastic, location near the sea, groceries, butcher, and fresh pasta all up the street. Wednesday's they have a farmer market on the next street.

Wonderful Torre Pedrera

The owners, Gabriele and Simona, are great hosts. You are greeted by them with wine, water, a meat and cheese board, and a number of other treats. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It is immaculate, located in a nice neighborhood, and a short walk from the beach. Gabriele gave great tips on visiting nearby towns. I definitely recommend a stay in their apartment.

Alles war top, aber Parkplatz war zu klein. Fahrzeuge mussten hintereinander geparkt werden. Kein Problem, wenn man sich mit den Nachbarn abspricht

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestalten. Das Ehepaar Simona und Gabriele ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit mit vielen gute Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Es sind wirklich nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, einem kleinen Supermarkt, verschiedensten Lokalen und auch zur Bushaltestelle. Die Wohnung ist gut und reichlich ausgestattet und hat sensationell viel Platz in den Schränken und im Bad. Gabriele und Simona sind sehr nett, es war wirklich alles absolut unkompliziert.

Semplicemente perfetto!

Appartamento ideale per famiglia con bambini, a pochi passi dal mare con posto auto nel cortile. Nelle vicinanze c è tutto cio che serve per una buona vacanza, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, fermata del bus.. Gabriele e Simona sono fantastici! Aperitivo di benvenuto e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cet appartement très très propre et où il ne manque rien. La plage et le centre de la station balnéaire sont à seulement quelques pas du logement.
