This property has air conditioning in the bedrooms only.

Outside there is an excellent swimming pool with all necessary furniture, green areas, a spacious barbecue area with a large table.

It also has an extraordinary typical Algarve terrace with sea views, where you can relax and feel the sea breeze.

Municipal Tourist Tax

Albufeira Municipal Council applies a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night, for guests aged 13 or over, during the period from 1 April to 31 October, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount should be paid a few days before arrival and is not included in the rates shown on the website. We kindly ask that you take this cost into consideration when making your reservation.



We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited at this property.



Pool and Garden Maintenance:

To ensure that the pool and garden are maintained in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
