We enjoyed another peaceful and comfortable stay at Mabel & Harry’s. The host provides any amenity you can think of to make your stay comfortable, convenient, and fun. The WiFi reception is great too if you need to “work from home.” We enjoy dinner on the deck at sunset and using the fire table to relax afterward. Mabel & Harry’s is always our first choice for a comfortable stay while visiting Kokomo!

Love this place! But beware…it will spoil all other VRBO’s for you! It’s such a hidden treasure and the numerous touches and gifts make it feel like you’re a part of their family!

This house is straight out of a Hallmark movie! From the exterior through the interior does not disappoint. We hosted the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and breakfast for the family the morning after the wedding it is designed for a crowd. Kitchen is well appointed, nice large refrigerator, grill, fire pit, comfortable bedrooms and most importantly plenty of bathrooms and parking. Everyone raved about how nicely decorated it was. You can tell this property is important to the owners. Loved our stay!

It’s hard to put into words the charm, beauty, and thoughtfulness of this place. The 100-year-old house keeps all of its character, with modern renovations and decor that are perfect down to the last detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Janny left us a lovely treat from a local bakery. The setting feels like the country but is conveniently close to everything in Kokomo. We loved gathering around the fire table on the deck after dark, and only wish we’d had time to use the firepit too! It couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of friends sharing music, food, and fellowship. Janny was quick to respond to any questions we had. We’re already planning our return!

The house is amazing. Janny was great to deal. The beds were so comfortable. The grounds were well taken care of. We didn't use it, but a very nice fire pit. Can't say enough times how amazing the house is. They've done an amazing job remodeling and decorating

This was our family’s second stay at Mabel and Harry’s. The home is spotless, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy the weekend. Janny our host was very accommodating to our needs and a gracious host. Loved our stay at Mabel and Harry’s, definitely recommend!

Our stay was amazing! This is the best home we have ever stayed in! Coffee, milk, juice, bread and eggs were provided along with delicious bakery cake, soft drinks and sparkling water. It made our long day of travel easier. We enjoyed bonfires in the evening with firewood and kindling ready to go. Plenty of space for family to sprawl out and come together to make memories! We loved being in the country, relaxing with family, and celebrating our son’s graduation from Purdue! Highly, Highly, Highly Recommend!!

This is such a WONDERFUL and beautiful place! It is exactly as it is listed and is so incredibly charming. We booked for my daughter’s 16th birthday party and it was such a hit and an incredible place to host. The cleanliness and decorations were perfection. The little details were such a sweet surprise!! The attention and communication from Janny was exceptional! If you’re thinking of booking do it!

This property was SO fantastic!! It lived up to the listing,,,and then some! The guesthouse and outdoor space were even better than we thought they would be. This was probably our favorite place that we have ever stayed. It felt very luxurious. Even the yard was immaculate and well tended! The decorating was so completely lovely and the whole house was extremely clean. Our family of 8 enjoyed playing games and doing puzzles on the large tables, making s'mores around the firepit, and relaxing by the fire table on the deck. The house suited our large group very well-lots of seating and sleeping arrangements. The host, Janny, was wonderful with communication and quickly addressed any questions we had ahead of time. Her attention to detail made the check in/out process super easy as well as made us feel immediately at home. The house is filled with high quality pieces and details that made our stay comfortable and relaxed. Overall a really wonderful experience!!
