Enjoy the Island life with all its amenities. All within walking distance!

Direct Bayfront overlooking Lemon bay and our docks.

Private beach access to our newly renovated beach is located onsite(2 minute walk across the street).

Nice heated pool.

Monthly discounts available.

We are a 2bed/1 bath.NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PETS condo located on Manasota key. Recently renovated.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

We have 5 boat docks.
Boat slips available for OUR guests on a first come first served basis.Subject to availability.
Reservation is required. No onsite trailer parking
