DIRECTLY ON PRIVATE BEACH! GULF VIEW CONDO! Amazing panoramic sunset views!

Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular, unobstructed, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening relaxing on your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street and serves delicious lunch and dinner. Enjoy easy and keyless entry. Our condo is on the top floor and does require walking two flights of steps but oh so worth it! Beach chairs provided. Free Cable TV and fast WIFI are also included.

Our condo sleeps 4 and has two full baths. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room area that has a privacy divider. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free parking for 2 cars.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Additional guests are not permitted on the beach or at the condo.

This property was amazing. Very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Sitting on the porch looking out over the gulf and listening to the waves was wonderful. If you like a lot of people this property is not for you. If you like to walk the beach and look for shells and shark’s teeth, stay here. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Can’t wait to stay again.

PROS1. Excellent Location - private(ish) beach directly facing the Gulf and easy walk to the wonderful local restaurants. 2. The owner has done significant upgrades to the kitchen/bathrooms. Property is well maintained and clean overall. CONS1. Listed as 2 bedroom, but renters really need to know that it is 1 bedroom and then an area with an uncomfortable pullout couch. If traveling with 2 couples, you will need to be flexible. It can work, but you should be aware. The location may make it worth it for you. Ideally, this rental is for 1 couple. 2. The owner seems to be selling as we had a few realtors walk through while we were there. A few requests for beach items were denied even though the items were described in the property description. That was a bummer. Overall, Manasota Key is a wonderful place to visit.
