About this property

This cabin is newly built, finished January 2019. It is nestled in the Eagle Springs Resort, it is close to enough to all the attractions but far enough away to enjoy the beauty of nature. This 2 story, 3 bedroom 3 full bath cabin is cozy enough for a small family get together to a fun filled vacation. The master bedroom, located on main floor, is large and spacious with a master bath that has a wonderful stone/tile shower that is equipped with 3 different shower heads. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and a 42" smart TV and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk and a 32" smart TV. The upstairs bath has a tub/shower combo.
There is a large loft offering a regulation size pool table and a foosball table. Out the door from the loft is a nice balcony with a daybed style lounge to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the evening sunset.
On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. A nice size island that seats 3 and a dining room table that will seat 6. In the living room there is a corner gas fireplace that has a stone front and a live edge cedar mantle. The living room has plenty of seating for an evening of movie watching on a 55" SmartTV. There is also a laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer and a third bathroom off the laundry room. There is a 3 side wrap around porch with a hot tub in one corner of the porch with great views of the night sky. Nice flat yard for games and plenty of parking, 2 vehicle maximum for guests. There is a charcoal grill at the front of the driveway right off the steps to the porch. The new Soaky Mountain water park is roughly 4 1/2 miles from the cabin.

What you see is what you get!!!

This place has everything you need to feel at home! It’s clean and well maintained you can tell the owners have put thought into this place. All good quality furnishings we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. The location was a short ride to pretty much everything. I personally am not used to the small two way lanes here in Tennessee so going to the cabin was always a little nerve wracking but it was manageable. My kids had fun playing foosball,pool and the hot tub was a great way to end the day after being out and exploring…lots of space here you don’t feel like your on top of each other.If you’re looking for the mountain cozy feel for your stay but also close enough to civilization this is the place for you and your family!

Great stay

What a wonderful time we had making great memories with our children and grandson!!!! Everything listed on Vernon was exactly what we found when we entered the cabin! We made the most of our time and hated to leave to come home! Our host promptly answered every message and when we arrived the hot tub was having some issued but was promptly resolved! It was the perfect size for our family and the amenities made us want to stay there the whole time! I highly recommend this cabin and for future reference we would rent this cabin again!!!!!

Very clean! Had everything we needed! Master shower is amazing! No problems with anything! Beautiful cabin with everything you need. Hot tub topped it off, along with the pool table! Would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing that was missing was snow! Will stay here again!
