Best beach house on the island, I only say it here to help the owners because they are the nicest to deal with ever… and because the house is the best place to spend time on the island… but if it was left to me I’d never say a word, keep it a secret and so next time I visit the place would have better odds of being available !!!Antoine and the Jean golfers

Incredible spot. The house was everything you could ask for. Amazing beach, incredible views (from the decks and rooms), wonderful amenities. You can’t beat how great this house is. Host was also responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Truly everything we could ask for out of a house on PEI.

Sublime Beach House and Location

Canadian Sunsets

The 5 of us had a wonderful vacation. The sunsets were spectacular and the stargazing amazing. We particularly liked walking on the beach, which was just a short stroll from the house.

The perfect weekend

The Sea Dunes property was amazing. Far exceeded expectations and photos did not do it justice. Location and views were outstanding. Home owners were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous view of the water and dunes, with beautiful sunsets. Loved the many decks, and multiple outdoor tables We were 6 adults, a baby and a dog. The home is designed to have 3 separate suites. Perfect for our needs . Would 100% return.

Family Weekend Getaway

Last year we stayed her to celebrate my parents 60th birthday. My siblings and I all live in different provinces so it was the perfect spot to reunite. We enjoyed our time so much we did it again this and it once again did not disappoint. We are already looking forward to going again next year.

The place is exactly like the pictures show, an awesome beach house. My wife and I immediately started planning our visit next year and hope to bring our adult children and partners. Peter was a great host, very communicative and supportive any needs we had.

Family beach vacation

We had an amazing week at the beach house. The beach was beautiful and not busy at all. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and had lots of space for our large family of seven. We hope to be back next summer!

What a view!

We had a great time! The beach was only a short walk away and the house was very comfortable with enough room for us all. The bunk room was a big hit with the teens! The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We loved our time there and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Amazing beach house with a stunning view and everything included

We can’t imagine a better house to rent in PEI. Everything was perfect - small walk to the beach, quiet area, large house, beautiful views, house has everything you need (very generous owner). Guest house is a nice add, great memories of playing ping pong during the evening and additional storage (including fridge and freezer). We would recommend and return in our next stay in beautiful PEI!! Thank you again!!

Idyllic home away from home

This home is just stunning! The decor seems right out of a magazine and the location us superb. Just a couple minutes walk to a perfect beach. Home owners were super helpful and responsive. Paradise in PEI

Better than advertised! Everything a family needs to enjoy the kilometers of pristine, undiscovered beach is here. Kitchen is well stocked and bedding was top shelf. Lots of room and privacy for larger groups. The house is immaculately maintained and our hosts were always available and accommodating. Big check mark on this bucket list item!

Beautiful property. Situated perfectly, a 2 minute walk to a spectacular beach - easy access for all of us, even our 2 year old. Lots of beach accessories available - chairs, umbrellas, games, towels. Peter, our host, was readily available for a minor issue which was quickly rectified. He provided lots of local information. Very responsive. House is spacious, decking is extensive, kitchen is well equipped and bedroom/bathrooms are roomy and comfortable. We loved our week at Sea Dunes Beach House.

Stunning beach house right on the dunes!!

This was the perfect place to stay with a few families traveling with young kids. The beach house was three stories high and suited our three families well. Lots of space for the kids to play inside on rainy days and a short walk to the most incredible beach I have ever seen on PEI! The house was well stocked with everything you would want to take down to the beach including a wagon to pull the younger kids. We wished we had booked more time and are definitely planning to go back!

Birthday Celebration

My siblings and I rented this place for a family vacation to celebrate both our parents turning 60! The house was amazing. It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the amazing decks watching bothe the sunrise and sunset. We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the beach. It was so much fun we decided we would try and make it an annual thing. We can’t wait to hopefully be back next year.

Exceptional family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped, beautifully decorated beach house! The beach was beautiful and our weather more like mid summer. We enjoyed traveling around the island and highly recommend the Greenwich Dunes trail and the Sea Shack for lunch! The docks at Charlottetown also a lovely place to have a meal. We played all of the fun games in the house and even managed completion of a jigsaw puzzle. Beds were comfortable, water was hot and the sunsets from the decks will never be forgotten. Peter and Margaret were very responsive to any questions! Thank you for sharing this amazing spot with our family!

Magic!

Our family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 10) stayed at the beautiful Sea Dunes cottage for one week in July 2023. The property is just as beautiful as shown in photos, but the view is even more spectacular! Only a few minutes walk to the best beach in PEI. Everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation! Even on the rainy days there were so many cozy spaces to curl up with a book, or let the kids have some screen time. They have truly thought of everything. Excellent communication with Peter. We can’t wait to go back!
