From the breathtaking master suite with a view of the rising sun through a picture window to the fully covered patio equipped with firepits and swings so you can enjoy the spectacular Tucson sunsets, no expense was spared in the loving update of the house.

Five bedrooms, including a grand master bedroom with his and her bathrooms, and two additional master bedrooms, make this the perfect home away from home for either a large family or groups of friends vacationing together.

There are three full-size refrigerators, a game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard table, wet bar and video game machine, a truly Great Room that opens up into the gourmet kitchen, and a parlor room with a dedicated poker table with spectacular views.

The three master bedrooms have their own entrances, en suites, walk-in closets and patios. The two additional bedrooms have a jack-and-jill bath but each has their own private sink and walk-in closet.

The house is also fully automated, with all outdoor and security lights on automatic timers and voice-controlled lights in all key areas. There is also a whole-house audio system, which is also voice-controlled through Alexa devices in each room.

Please note that absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed, and the total number of occupants (overnight guests and day visitors) cannot exceed 14 people without prior approval.

CLEANING FEE - Since my guests stay for at least a week and sometimes months, I do not include a cleaning fee as part of the daily rate, since that would result in people with longer stays paying extra when no cleaning is actually taken place.

Rather, I calculate the direct cost of deep cleaning the property inside and out, including all linens, wich is 24 total man-hours performed by a crew of professionals.
