The hot tub is included with your stay. Guests can easily turn on and control the hot-tub heat using a tablet provided inside the home.

The pool is open year-round but is not normally heated. Optional heating is available from September through April for $100 per day with a three-consecutive-day minimum. The target temperature is approximately 80–83°F, weather permitting. Pool heating must be arranged and paid for before arrival.

The game room offers entertainment for children and adults:

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the main house, guest house, game room and outdoor amenities during their stay.

Two linen closets in the main house and one storage closet in the garage remain locked for owner supplies. No living spaces or recreational amenities are shared with other guests or residents.

Before every arrival, the property is professionally cleaned and inspected using a detailed checklist.

LOCATION

Pomona Oasis is located in a quiet Casas Adobes neighborhood near restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, Tohono Chul, and scenic hiking and biking trails.

Approximate driving times:

• Tucson Convention Center: 20 minutes
• University of Arizona: 22 minutes
• Saguaro National Park: 24 minutes
• Tucson International Airport: 37 minutes

IMPORTANT POLICIES

Pomona Oasis is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is intended for relaxing vacations with family and friends. Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Responsible guests who follow the house rules will not incur additional charges. Documented violations or avoidable damage may result in the charges listed below.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The sports-court lights turn off automatically at 10:00 p.m.

A charge of $250 may apply for each verified noise complaint.

Parties and Events

Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. A confirmed unauthorized party may result in a $950 charge and immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.

Registered Guests

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless additional visitors have been approved in advance. Unapproved guests may result in a charge of $25 per person, per night, for the full reservation.

Smoking and Illegal Drugs

Smoking, vaping and illegal drug use are prohibited everywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. Evidence of smoking may result in a $500 charge for additional cleaning and odor treatment.

Cleaning

Please leave the property in reasonably clean condition and follow the provided checkout instructions. Excessive cleaning beyond a normal turnover may result in an additional $250 charge.

Internet Use

Complimentary high-speed internet is provided. Illegal downloading, copyright infringement, BitTorrent and other unauthorized peer-to-peer file sharing are prohibited. A documented violation may result in a $150 charge per occurrence.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the front entryway, side driveway and back gate.

The cameras remain on and may record video during reservations. There are no cameras or recording devices inside either home, or inside the game room.
