An all-around luxury condo at Grand Champions in the heart of Maui! An outstanding layout with 2 large master-suites, 2 gracious sized full bathrooms, living and dining area with expansive vaulted ceilings, and an excellent ocean view! One master suite has a king bed, the other master suite has a queen bed, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This floor plan features 2 entrances with a private staircase. Recently remodeled with granite counter tops, new carpet, new appliances and new kitchen and bath cabinets. The spacious living area opens onto an oversized lanai, allowing the Maui sea breeze to blow inside. Enjoy year around sunsets over the ocean and whale watching during the winter months from the spacious lanai that is surrounded by beautiful foliage, ideal for entertaining.

This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the Fairway of Wailea’s elite Blue Golf Course. Walk along the walkway pass to the world’s top sandy beaches, the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine dining restaurants and the Wailea Town Center. The complex features 2 swimming pools. Note that the unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator.

***Grand Champions has a mix of residential and vacation rental units and pest control treatments are scheduled in advance. There is interior and exterior quarterly pest control in January, April, July, and October. This may occur during your stay and it may not be refused.

Visited a different beach every day within minutes. Groceries and shopping only minutes away. Amenities at Grand Champions very good and well cared for. Enjoyed the pool daily and hot tub daily.

Great place for a family vacation

The place/rental is one of the best we had in Wailea. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The only low thing for us was driving every day to the beach - we would’ve prefer to walk, but considering all the beach gear we had it was too long to walk. Anyway I’m considering to return to this place in the future. I sincerely recommend this place. The view is great, and the place is quiet. We all enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

Fantastic rental!

We had such a wonderful time here! We’ve already considered coming back again! The view from the lanai was unavailable! This was our favorite place to do sunset dinners. Also, it was very easy to get to all the nearby beaches. And we loved being able to take a quick swim or dip in the hot tub at the complex. The condo itself was very roomy and had everything we needed, even things to keep our toddler busy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for a couple months. The condo was in a good condition when we arrived and the pictures were accurate. The condo was comfortable and the lanai had a great view and was a nice place to lounge. The location was within walking distance from the Shops at Wailea, a couple coffee shops and restaurants. The property manager responded to a couple issues promptly and was professional. Although we really enjoyed out stay there and would definitely rent the condo again, there were a couple things that we thought should be looked at. The A/C in the living room didn't work well but we didn't need it, so we never let the property manager know. Several of the remotes needed battery replacements including the TV remotes living room fan which we used instead of the A/C. Also, there is no screen door which would have been nice for a cross breeze. One other thing that wasn't a big deal but we wanted to point out is the pictures show a wine cooler in the pictures, but it was not available for our use. Again, even with these items, we would highly recommend this condo.

Nice view and everything you need

This location was exactly as pictured. Rooms and bathrooms were Spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was everything you needed, both in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, toys, umbrellas. The only thing I didn’t love which feels a little silly to even say, was that there was a very limited amount of laundry pods and dishwasher pods which felt a little restrictive and required us to do a lot of hand washing. Also the AC units were a bit loud, but I know many units I down the road in Kehei don’t have AC at all, so glad to have had some.

Had a good time. Close walking to the places as noted. Best to drive to either the Eula beach or over to Makena and the beaches there. My one complaint is the lack of beach towels in the condo. Possible I missed them in the 2 closets, but disappointed they were not included. Minor issue, just something I think should always be included

Beautiful Condo!

This Condo is beautiful! The pictures don’t do the view justice! Location is perfect! Wailea public access beach is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. The shops at Wailea are a short walk. The condo is the perfect layout. 2 master bedrooms are beautiful and well equipped. My one and only complain was the quilt in the room nearest to the kitchen was filthy and stained. It was so hot and we hate running the AC all night we just took it off for the entire stay. Overall the condo, grounds and location are wonderful! We highly recommend staying here!

A magical week on Maui

The Grand Champion condos are beautiful and close to everything! Only a five minute drive to easy, free beach parking, two pools on the property, and shopping/restaurants nearby. The condo itself was perfect for our family. It was bigger than we thought it would be, with two separate master suites, providing our family with our own spaces. The beds were surprisingly comfortable! I was pleased by how quite the unit was, and we never heard noise from other units. The air conditioning units worked very well and we loved that there were units in each bedroom. If we visit Maui again, we would absolutely return to this rental/Grand Champions. (Also, the host we worked with was VERY responsive and helpful!)

The condo was well appointed, and we were comfortable there. It was quiet at night, except for the neighbor’s constant running of their A/C, even when it was 63 degrees! Still, it was pretty quiet. If it was just a A bit closer to the beach would have made it 5 stars all around! Our Representative from Hawaii Life was very attentive and courteous!

Perfect Place!

The property is exactly as described and shown in the photos. We were traveling with 3 adults, a 3 yr old, and 3 month old and it was enough space for us. The property has a kid-friendly and adult-friendly pool. It's a quick drive to the supermarket (or about a 10-15 min walk), close to delicious coffee, and literally la 5 min. drive to the beach. I'm sure it's all walkable but with a toddler and baby, we opted to drive. Our au pair was with us and she walked everywhere and found it really easy. We'll definitely keep this place in mind next time we're in Maui!
