This was the perfect spot for our family wedding vacation. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear which was a huge plus! We loved being within walking distance to The Shops at Wailea and some of the best beaches on Maui. The complex is so peaceful, and having two pools to choose from was great for our big family. The management was also super responsive throughout our stay.

A 10 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea, 2 pools, hot tubs and 6 large community bbq’s. The condo is only a short 25 minute drive from the airport. You can even get a sunset view from the Lanai depending on time of the year. We would definitely book with Kim again.

The Grand Champions resort is nestled in a quiet and beautiful location, close to the most spectacular beaches in world and fantastic dining and shopping. The condo itself was spacious and well-appointed. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay, from a cozy living area to a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our family (with kids) especially appreciated the provided beach equipment (boogie boards, beach chairs etc). The decor beautifully blended island charm with modern amenities, making it feel both inviting and functional. Our host, Kim, was attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Great for family holiday

We were here with our daughter and her boyfriend for one week. Everything in and around the appt was great and the koctaion good enough that we could do things independently and with one car only. The gourmet market done by the Wailea Shops saved us a few trips to the closest grocery store. The property manager was very responsive to minor issues and communicates very well. We would highly recommend this place.

We Plan on Staying Again!

We really enjoyed this condo. The amenities are nice including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, and comfortable beds and furniture. It is within walking distance to a tennis club, restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, and beaches. Also, communication with the host was great. We are definitely planning on coming back!

Girls trip!

We came for a fun girls trip and we’re happy with the place! It was perfectly located and had plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that the master bathroom only had a door for the toilet, so slightly inconvenient for a girls trip, but otherwise amazing. And any slight hiccup was addressed timely.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The beds linens and pillows were all wonderful. Note the AC in the master bedroom would not run as it produced an error code due to a vent issue but we were fine without it, just wanted to let the property management know.

The condo is exactly as the listing . Beautiful property and very well kept . The condo had everything we needed for our stay . There are lots of dishes, towels and 2 beach umbrellas, beach chairs , boogie boards and beach toys for children. Great place!

No complaints. Clean, no bugs and had everything we needed. Nice big shower in master 1. Master 2 gas bath. Kitchen utensils well stocked and cookware and Tupperware. Had a few simple spices and olive oil. Had chairs, umbrella, beach mat. We had a great time! Used pool and spa daily. We had kids but they have a quiet pool for adults. Would stay again.

Wonderful Maui family vacation

This was my family's second trip to Maui and we really enjoyed this condo. The two bedroom two bath set up was perfect for us with out two teenage daughters. Everything you need for the beach is provided - towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location is close to stunning beaches and resorts, and we had the convenience of a full kitchen. So nice to be within a 15 min walk to the beach, and also a great base to drive to multiple beaches and sights throughout the island. We enjoyed fine dining in Wailea as well as casual spots, food trucks and the grocery store in Kehei. The best of both worlds! We would gladly stay here again.

This condo was conveniently located near many restaurants,beaches and shopping-all was within walking distance which we did every day. The owner of the condo was very helpful and prompt in answering all questions that we had. The only complaint I have is that the carpet in the bedroom was quite dirty but the rest of the condo was in good condition. I would recommend this property to a friend.

Welcoming Setting

It was great to return to a home setting after a day of sightseeing and spending time on the beaches and pool side. To be able to have breakfasts without leaving. PJ time : ) The rooms were spacious, ,clean, pet and smoke free. Thanks to Kim and the housekeeper we were able to check in early a/c of our flight arriving so early. This would never been able to happen with a hotel. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

Great Value and Homey Feel

The condo was spacious and comfortably appointed. The AC units and fans worked wonderfully to cool down the rooms while we slept. If you plan to stay in Wailea, then the condo is easy walking distance to the beach and some shopping. We enjoyed the space and comfort of calling the condo home for the week we were there. The only negative thing to say - and it really wasn't a big deal - was the limited supply of cooking and eating utensils. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring some of your own utensils or at least plan to run the dishwasher frequently. The owner was easy to work with, responsive, and provided us all of the necessary details in a organized manner. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we would certainly stay there again!

Beautiful Unit Great Owner

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 17 days with our daughter and her family of 4. The unit was spacious, and the housekeeping crew accommodated our 2 carloads of luggage even before it was time to check in, for which we were very grateful. There were a few housekeeping and maintenance issues during our stay. Kim responded quickly and efficiently to everything. The location at Grand Champions is wonderful, the close assigned parking was a real plus. Small children had a problem in both pools as there were rules which prevented any pool toys, any noise, any splashing, etc. The Bar B Que grills at both pools were great for a man-cooked meal during our stay on several occasions. Plenty of kitchen items, the laundry room and supplies were greatly appreciated. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was a bit small for myself and my husband, but the master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place definitely for 4 people. And the owner/manager is very professional and accommodating.

The unit was very nice; king beds in both bedrooms comfortable; well stocked; clean and roomy with privacy and trees off the back patio. Our only issue was the people noise in adjoining units and in the unit above us on the second floor. Apparently the building construction did not include double walls and allowances to minimize footsteps and activity on second floors. This unit was on the first floor. This is not something the owners can prevent. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of three that loved vacationing in Maui. When my son was born, we found it to be the perfect family destination with the ideal weather, the vast choice of activities and the beautiful scenery. We always stayed in the 5 star hotels located in Wailea until someone showed us the Grand Champions Villas. We purchased a villa in the Grand Champions as it was one of the newest complexes in the area and it was so close to so many beautiful beaches in Maui. We love going to different beaches every day searching for good places to boogie board and and snorkel. We try to visit as often as possible and we consider it our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We chose a vacation rental in Wailea because the area's 5 star feel. Its location is ideal for visiting many of the top rated beaches in the world which are minutes away, the fine dining restaurants and shopping and the world championship golf courses and tennis club.

What makes this property unique

The location of our unit is on the first floor which is easy to load your luggage and bring in groceries, etc. It is right across from one of the pools in the complex which is wonderful to use after a day at the beach or sightseeing or in the evening for a BBQ. In addition, the Tommy Bahama inspired decor makes the condo inviting. Bed and bath linens are purchased on a continuous basis. Three smart TV's allow you to enjoy entertainment while you are relaxing. Beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers are provided. The following are not provided however are often there: umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys.
