First floor can be shared with the in-laws and at the same time make it private from second and third floor. Is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house . It can accommodate up to 8 adults. There is private parking and entrance. Patio on the first floor with beautiful native landscape can be a perfect area for grilling and a romantic evening dinner.
