About this property
Wonderful beachside hideaway Steps to the beach! Steps to the action!
You’ll love this bright, superbly located studio condo. It’s the perfect combination of busy Commercial Street and serene Provincetown waterfront. Just 30 steps to the beach and 42 steps to Commercial Street (we counted them!). It’s our dream come true off-season or in-season. Yeah, it’s small but it has everything you need for simple, efficient living.
The home contains a new kitchen fitted with granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances including an oven, gas stove, built-in microwave, and refrigerator. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, cutting boards, dishes, pots, pans and all necessary glassware.
There’s a very comfortable queen size murphy bed that pulls down for sleeping and goes back up when you’re ready to start the day. Seriously… so comfortable you might not want to get up!
Through the sliding glass door there’s an exclusive deck that faces a garden for outdoor relaxation. Use the Weber gas grill to create a memorable Provincetown meal. And then eat in, on the deck, or take your meal out to the private beach.
The bathroom has plenty of space to get ready for tea dance, a wonderful dinner out, a show, or just plain people watching! All you need to do is walk 42 steps to Commercial Street and then decide which way to go. There are restaurants, coffee shops, markets, shopping, and even a historic library within a stone’s throw.
Parking can be tight in Provincetown. So, if you don’t take the high-speed boat from Boston, we suggest you temporarily live park across the street from the September Morn Private Estates gate with your hazards on, unload your stuff, and then look for parking on the side streets. You can also use MacMillan Public Pier parking (6-minute walk). There are also other parking lots available in the vicinity.
We provide, bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, an iron, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. Bath soap and shampoo are not provided.
The unit also comes equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. There’s also a gas fireplace for those chilly evenings you’d like to stay in and veg.
This is a smoke-free and pet-free unit.
PLEASE NOTE: During prime season months: June - July - August - September. The 30 day minimum cancellation policy will be strictly adhered to.

Mike our host was awesome to begin with…with his communication and follow-up.Location was very, very convenient. The beach is literally right there. Place has lots of windows to bring in light.I have no issues with the place. During my stay, it was chilly…the heating worked well. Luv the strong shower water pressure. Although small, I do not mind it at all. It’s simple and has all the amenities (regular size refrig. for your left overs) needed for your stay and explore Ptown. No parking spot. Starting May 1st Ptown was very street in parking on street (I saw quite a bit of parking tickets on windshields ) Parking in wharf (40/day). Couple of blocks around there (20/day but extra 10/overnight parking per day.Thank you so much Mike….very much appreciated it. Hope to stay again in near future. T
This was the perfect little spot to stay, close enough to the heart of commercial street. But tucked away enough for peace and quite when needed. Private beach access was great! I had a great stay looking forward to staying here again!

Nice little place to getaway while exploring this interesting area.Great location. Everything is very walkable which is great since parking proved challenging. In an area like this that just goes with the territory and the host was upfront about it. Loved the stay.
Everything about this property was great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio rental. Great location in proximity to beach and shops.

Sorry about the noise from upstairs. We’ve heard it from time to time. We’ll look into it.
Early morning walks on the bay; picking up a picnic from Angel’s for lunch; strolling Commercial Street and browsing the shops, all right out the front door. Then there’s Thursday night gallery openings and PAAM just steps away.
This condo was very clean and well organized. Steps from the beautiful private beach area and close to all the fun on Commercial St. The host responded very quickly to any questions that we had during our stay.

Thank you Ann. It was a pleasure having you at the beach house.
My husband and I loved our first trip to Provincetown AND this cute studio apartment. The Murphy bed IS comfortable, and Michael was a great host—very responsive and allowed us to bump check-out to noon since there was no one coming in after us. Highly recommended!
I loved getting a chance to see Provincetown in the spring before the crowds (Though I certainly plan to stop by in the summer too). I tried a different cafe every morning and brought a coffee or tea back to enjoy on the little table outside the studio while finishing a few books. It was also great having such immediate beach access.

It was a pleasure to host you. And it sure seems like you enjoyed the "beach house" and location. Come back anytime. :)
This property had everything we needed, including a full kitchen! Close to all the action, yet very quiet and private. A very beautiful garden front section, and to the back, a very quiet beach off the bay. The property was just as listed, and the host was great with responding quickly to any questions I had. Would absolutely book again.
We enjoyed being steps from the beach and steps from all that is Commercial street. The cozy condo lived up to its description n The host was very communicative as needed. Great week in Provincetown!

Thanks for the great review! Very much appreciated. I hope you’ll visit again.
Terrific studio condo on the main strip of PTown. Footsteps to the beach and stores.
Condo has everything you need. The manager/owner was helpful, communicative and available for any questions you might have regarding the condo and even the location.
A welcoming stay and a memorable one!
My wife and I stayed for a week and thoroughly loved every moment! This is a small space as shown but utterly beautiful and cozy and somehow doesn’t feel small. It’s impeccably clean, communication with owners was super easy (I couldn’t figure out how to get in since I was trying the wrong door-my fault). I am planning my next trip soon. You can’t get a better location either!! This place is so beautiful and I have such joy when I think of my stay here.
Long weekend getaway. Very clean - small space but efficiently laid out. Yes, STEPS from the beach which offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. Wired Puppy Coffee shop (opens at 6:00 am) steps away before enjoying the beach. Walking distance to many Commercial Street locations. Hosts were excellent. Good communication, good information and answered all questions. Thank You!

Thank you for your booking. Cleanliness and comfort are extremely important to us, and our guests. You’ve mentioned two issues that have us perplexed. We visit the property frequently all year long to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. An ant infestation is something we, or our guests, have never seen. We will certainly take the necessary steps to make sure this will never occur. As far as the mattress needing replaced – we have been pleasantly assured by several guests and friends, that the bed is “very comfortable”. Maybe our “sleep number” is different than yours! :) We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced.
My six day stay here was a complete joy. Although hardly spacious, the space was well arranged and outfitted with amenities one wouldn’t expect in a small unit. These included full size fridge and range, a working gas fireplace, and a nice selection of kitchen equipment. Although it was still a bit too chilly to enjoy the private beach, I used the little patio area for coffee and cocktails. The location is safe “, quiet and has incredibly convenient access to everything one needs in P’town. It’s also just a ten minute walk to McMillan Wharf and the ferry. I wouldn’t hesitate returning!
