2 bedroom villa (90m²) : Master bedroom with a large 160cm double bed, second bedroom with a 140cm double bed (4 persons max).

Private Pool and garden 1200m² for your own exclusive use, BBQ and plancha. Situated in a leafy tranquil area of Roquefort les pins and decorated in a cool modern style. You have your own solid wood octagonal pool of 6 metres x 4 metres. There is an exterior safety ladder which secures the pool when taken away. Complies with French Safety Laws.

The Villa is situated 3 mins from the village centre where you can find a large supermarket and several small fruit & vegetable shops, 2 bakeries, a butcher's, banks and ATMs, a pharmacy and doctor's & dentist's surgery. There are several restaurants in Roquefort les Pins including pizzerias, traditional French cuisine, sushi and Thai. ...

Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes: 15 mins from Nice Airport, 20 mins from Cannes, 10 mins to the sea, 5 mins to Valbonne and 15 mins to the village of Saint Paul de Vence.

Le séjour a été exceptionnel dans une maison parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. La communication avec Miriana était très facile et agréable. L’accueil était chaleureux avec de délicates attentions, et les équipements ainsi que l’emplacement idéal de la maison ont largement contribué à rendre notre expérience mémorable. Parfait pour des vacances en famille et pour randonner à pieds ou à vélo même si les plages ne sont pas très loin!

VACANCES EN FAMILLE

Séjour de 8 jours à Roquefort les Pins avec notre fille 19 ans !! La maison est juste superbe avec tout ce qu'il faut en terme d'équipement !!!nous avons adoré !! L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter les villes aux alentours !!Merci aux propriétaires Michel et Mirjana et à Béatrice qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible !!! Nous recommandons à 100%!!!

Roquefort Les Pins

Mirjana and Michel were very helpful throughout our stay. Always at the end of the phone or email. Lovely people. The villa was the perfect size for our family and we had a great time. It is perfectly situated, completely private yet close enough to a village for any essentials needed. It’s also central for travelling to Nice, Antibes etc Thank you Mirjana and Michel for a lovely week.

sehr erholsam - magnifique

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen mit unseren Kinder, 7 und 4 J. dort und konnten rundum alles genießen: sehr sympathische Gastgeber, wunderbar sauberes, gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Sogar ein Starterpaket für das erste Frühstück befand sich im Kühlschrank. Der Ort Roquefort hat einen sehr guten Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt... zum Strand fährt man z.B. nach Villeneuve-Loubet.

Location située dans un endroit très calme, à 5 minutes des commerces, restaurants, cinéma (les propriétaires vous prêtent deux VTT, si vous êtes courageux...) et à proximité de la mer (30 minutes) et des villes alentours (Valbonne, Saint Paul de Vence, Cagnes sur mer, Antibes, etc.). Le jardin est spacieux avec un espace barbecue bien aménagé, salon de jardin, grande table pour manger à l'ombre. La piscine est agréable et indispensable. La maison est très confortable avec la climatisation dans la pièce principale. Les lits sont équipés de moustiquaires (très appréciable !). La décoration est moderne et raffinée, l'ensemble est très fonctionnel (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-onde, cafetière Nespresso, etc.) et très propre. Télévision (dans la chambre et dans le salon), chaîne hifi, piano à disposition. Mirjana et Michel sont vraiment très accueillants et charmants. A recommander sans réserve, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

Attractive and secluded home

A lovely house with a spacious garden, great pool and living and dining rooms. Very friendly and relaxed owners. Conveniently on the bus route into Nice and not far by car from Gourdon, the Gorges du Loup, walking on the plateaux and convenient for visiting Matisse's chapel and the Maegth Foudation. Only drawback is that the two bedrooms are small and not big enough for 6 adults. Perhpas better for a family with two children.
