Luxurious 3 bedroom neo provencal villa with private pool (9m x6m including steps) which can sleep up to 6/8 guests. All rooms open onto a south facing terrace with mature landscaped gardens. Outside dining area with BBQ to enjoy your alfresco dining experience. The villa, which is not overlooked, is situated in a secure domaine in Antibes, just 15 mins from Nice airport. The famous Meditterranean resorts of Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo are all close by and the medieval provencal villages of Biot and Mougin are within easy reach by car. Antibes itself is an ancient port founded in the 4th century and today boasts one of the finest yachting harbours on the Cote d'Azur. The town centre is fascinating with its vast array of excellent restaurants and individual craft shops. There are also many markets and museums to visit and enjoy during your stay in Antibes. The area boasts many fine golf courses such as Royal Mougins, Cannes Mougins and Valbonne. The ski slopes of Isola 2000 and Auron are 50 mins by car.

Great stay in a nice location

We had a lovely 2 week stay here. Everything is just like the photos show which is great. You are 2 mins from Antibes and 2 minutes away from a large super market so location is perfect. At the same time, you are at the bottom corner of a gated development so nice and secure. We had our 3 year old son with us and he had a fantastic time and the place felt very safe for him. The pool is not gated off but it was nice and easy to keep an eye on him when he was out side. Not much else to mention other than everything is just really nice and felt like home. The pool was really good but very cold, I believe it is heated but this wasn't turned on and we felt too embarrassed to ask when the temperature was nearly 30 degrees. The only other thing is we weren't given the gate code before hand to get in to the gated development so made finding it a little tricky but 1 phone call soon fixed this. Thank you Terresa for letting us use your lovely home.

Gorgeous villa in a perfect location

We stayed in August 2023, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very private which we wanted. We had communicated with the owner before we travelled and she passed on all information required. We were greeted by local agent Marc who was lovely and explained everything we needed to know in the villa. We had communicated with Marc before we arrived and he advised he was available should we have any issues whilst we were there - which we didn't. All areas of the villa were spotlessly clean. A bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived was a nice touch and very much appreciated as it was very hot when we stayed. The pool wasn't heated but that wasn't needed when the weather was so warm. As the villa is in a private location so a car is required, the very large local supermarket was only a 5 min drive away. This villa is a great location for exploring other area's such as Cannes/Monaco/Nice/Grasse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Many thanks Teresa/Marc! Vi havde et dejligt ophold, huset har perfekt beliggenhed. Udendørs område med pool var virkeligt dejligt!Det eneste vi kunne tænke os var at servicen i køkkenet blev opgraderet lidt. Vi købte selv gode vinglas f.eks.da der kun var få og meget små vinglas.

Billederne af huset taler sandt. Meget ugenert og privat sted. Dejlig stor pool. Ligger lidt langt fra Antibes by (4km). Det kræver bil ( vi havde ikke bil). Vi havde et skønt ophold. Kommer gerne igen.

Beautiful house and relaxing time

We will at all time recommend the house. Good communication with staff. Way to many ants around the house because of the garden. Very private spot in a private locked community close to great facilities and groceries.

Großartiges Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haus und Anlage sind in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Zur Begrüßung standen Pasta, Tapenade und sogar Champagner bereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Marc hat hervorragend geklappt.

Nice house near Antibes

The house is very spacious, and the pool area is very nice. The house is located very near Antibes, but in a quiet neighbourhoud. The pool is great, although the water was a bit cold (outside temp was 27 degrees). The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were welcomed by Marc, who was very friendly and quick to respond to messages.

Excellente villa avec très bon emplacement

C’était la première fois que nous louions une villa et nous n’avons pas été déçu, très belle villa toute équipée, belle piscine, idéalement située à 10 min du centre et 15 min des plus belles plages, la propriétaire est toujours disponible mais nous avons été accueilli par le gérant qui est toujours disponible et très sympa. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants en bas âges. Nous la conseillons vivement. A refaire !

Lovely stay in great Villa in quiet neighbourhood

We had a great 2 weeks at this Villa this August. The outside area and pool was especially lovely - plenty of shade if needed; comfortable sunbeds and a fab pool. A few chips in plates and cups in the kitchen and the showers weren't quite the power showers from home but it was clean and comfortable and had full air-conditioning throughout. Good modern appliances. You need a car. The only shop that is walkable is an enormous Carrefour supermarket but it's a hilly walk so we didn't attempt it! Overall a fabulous 2 weeks and I would definitely recommend this Villa, particularly for families who spend lots of time in and out of the pool.

Clean and spacious. Car essential.

We enjoyed our week here and found the house to be very spacious and well equipped. The pool area was lovely but we were unable to use it because of the many gnats this year ( nothing the owner can do about that, just a bad year for them) so we went to the lovely beaches in the area every day to avoid them. The house manager was very helpful and the house was spotlessly clean. There are a few minor maintenance issues ( loose door handles and a tuneful shower) but as this is a home and not a business then that is acceptable to us. Parking for the car ( essential in this location) is spacious and secure and the large supermarket nearby was very handy as is the huge fridge/freezer. The beds were comfortable and the storage very generous. Washing/drying facilities were good so we could get beach towels dry for the next day.

A fantastic villa,

A fantastic villa, with a great pool and all the modern amenities one would expect. We would have given a 5 star rating, but found the fridge and showers were not cleaned before we arrived !!!!. However we felt this was a minor detail. With this in mind we are thinking of booking again next year.

Maison bien située, de très bonnes prestations, bons Equipements, très bonnes literies. Par contre barbecue HS donc hors d'usage, et pare soleil à poser coté piscine car impossible de déjeuner dehors, en plein midi le soleil donne sur la table. Mauvais fonctionnement de la commande de la télévision et pas de 2 et 3éme chaine. Mauvaise année car invasion de moustiques. Un grand merci à Marie France et son mari, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. R. CRETEAU

Why they chose this property

We have holidayed in the Cote d'Azur for many many years and have fallen in love with the area, hence our decision to acquire our villa in 2005. We maintain the villa to a high standard for our own enjoyment and also that of our clients when they come to stay.We have been letting the villa for short terms stays since purchase.
Antibes with its wonderful beaches and excellent sailing clubs has been much enjoyed by our children. Tennis courts are easily accessible and for golfers there are many courses within short driving distance.
Antibes and surrounding towns have an abundance of restaurants to offer and our information booklet at the villa gives you our recommendations to consider.

What makes this property unique

The property is in excellent condition throughout and our clients have consistently complimented it high standard of comfort and luxury.
The villa is in a very private and quiet location in a closed domaine. It is 3.5km to the town centre which can be accessed by public transport.
The villa is south facing and pool area and terrace enjoy sunshine all day - the pool is 9m x 6m in size including steps. The gardens of 1,500 square metres are beautifully maintained for your enjoyment.
The towns of Nice and Cannes are both within 15 minutes driving time.
