Timberlane Resort consists of four cottages. Three direct lakefront cottages and the Perch Cottage which is set among towering pine trees and native wetlands. The Perch Cottage has a limited lake view and full access to resort amenities.

The Perch Cottage is a brand new custom built four season home with full access to Resort amenities. The Perch Cottage is the epitome of luxury, comfort and Northwoods lake living! It features central air and heat, hardwood floors, locally milled pine interior and new Up North style furnishings.

The Perch Cottage has three bedrooms and one full bathroom and comfortably sleeps 8. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds. The loft style Bedroom 3 has 1 twin bed and a bunk with twin up on top and queen on bottom. There are also 2 comfortable sleep sofas (Full size) and a washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided for your use.

The Perch Cottage was carefully designed and meticulously decorated to provide a warm, inviting space for your family and friends. The spacious Northwoods interior provides an open concept floorplan. The gourmet kitchen includes brand new stainless steel appliances include a full size refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher and natural gas range. The fully stocked locally crafted kitchen cabinets are a dream-come-true for home cooks.

Amenities include a boat and outboard motor, great sand beach, swim raft, water slide, Lily float mat, fire pit, free firewood, outdoor seating, picnic table, Weber charcoal grill, stand up board, kayaks, huge play yard, outdoor tournament ping pong, horseshoes, corn hole toss game, a dock, fish cleaning shack and so much more.

Our expansive level shoreline, incredible play yard and wonderful sand beach are perfect for all ages. You won’t find better swimming. The lake is ideal for all water sports year round. Fishing for all species is outstanding. Whether fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, or just relaxing by the lake, you’ll love every minute. Marvel at the incredible wildlife including bald eagles (the highest concentration in the state), deer, loons, otter, fox, and geese.

The Perch Cottage is surrounded by natural beauty year round. Our community has over 2,000 glacially created lakes, 72 crystal clear rivers and streams, millions of acres of pristine public forests, and unique villages and townships. Enjoy year round trails in the heart of our forests, from hiking, jogging, and biking, to winter sports. The fall colors are simply inspiring. Held each October, the Cranberry Festival is famous for its hospitality, entertainment, food, arts, crafts and events. In the winter, snowmobile direct from the Perch Cottage to over 500 miles of renowned snowmobile trails. There is plenty of room to park your snowmobile trailer or it’s just a few minutes’ drive to snowmobile rental facilities. Eagle River is also host to the World Championship Snowmobile Derby and the United States Pond Hockey Championship which are 10 minutes away. Some of the best downhill skiing in the Midwest is nearby and it’s very affordable and family friendly. Sledding, snowshoe trails and cross country ski trails are within minutes. There are plenty of winter activities to enjoy while you take in the idyllic winter setting of the snow-dusted Northwoods.
