Relax & Enjoy the Northwoods on the Chain of 28 Lakes

We invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful Northwoods in our knotty pines guest cottage. Which offers a open concept great room with hickory cabinets in the kitchen , vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The cottage is only 45' from the waters edge. A grill and fire pit outside your door with a large grass area great for games.
Hooked on fishing. No problem. The chain of lakes has a variety of fish, and our cove is known for the walleye. There is also a fish cleaning station on the property.
Three Lakes is known for snowmobiling, water sports, cross country skiing, hiking, sightseeing, and other activities that are endless in all seasons.
So pack your bags, we offer all the comforts of home, plus more. This is your place to relax and enjoy!

Perfect week in the Northwoods

Had a great week at the this wonderful property - sandy gradual walk in to the water was perfect for our pup to enjoy the beautiful water - good fishing and relaxing times!

Great 6 day getaway!

Great accommodations with all the necessary accessories. Especially appreciated the fish cleaning shed as we caught lots of fish (bass, northerns, jumbo bluegills & perch). Great view of the lake from cottage windows. Able to go biking, & play several rounds of golf at nearby courses.Three Lakes & Eagle River offer plenty to do: shop, eat, bike, fish, golf, etc. Our hosts, Virginia & Richard were easy to contact & helpful answering our questions.

NORTH WOODS LAKE FRONT CABIN

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The boat dock was an easy access. I would recommend launching a boat at the Townline Lake Boat Launch.

Great Cabin & Location

This is a wonderful cabin in a picturesque location! The cabin is very clean and well maintained. Also it has the best views and access being directly on the lake. We kept our boat at the dock right in front of the cabin and had direct view of dock and boat at all times. The immediate access to take out our boat was a huge plus! Wonderful being able to bring our pups with us as well!

Nice fall getaway

Great location on the chain with access to many other lakes. Peaceful and quiet this time of year which is exactly what we were looking for. Although the weather was mostly rainy and cloudy, we found plenty of shops and places to eat in Three Lakes, Eagle River and Rhinelander. Fall colors were near peak and very beautiful!

Perfect Little Getaway

This was the first time we rented a vacation property. Mike and Virginia made the process easy. The cabin was extremely clean and was able to feel at home. Communication was great! We definitely will stay here again. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wisconsin Northwoods Cottage Vacation

The cottage stay was very enjoyable. The modern cottage is lakefront with sandy bottom lake access for swimming. In addition to the rowboat, there was a paddleboat and Kayak available for water recreation. Our stay was very relaxing. Cottage is located conveniently to nearby Taverns and Restaurants. Hosts Virginia and Mike are awesome. Their Black Lab puppy Bear gave us our doggy fix for the week.

Wonderful little place close to the water!

We had an amazing time at this cabin. Wonderful and unique property so close to the water. Nice shoreline and dock, amazing views. Cabin is small but cozy and has everything you need. Pet friendly and enjoyable yard for grilling, fires and frog hunting. The hosts were friendly and helpful. No WIFI and not a good cell signal, which was a little problematic as we have jobs that require some level of connectivity. But we hopped in the boat and drove out to the next lake over when we needed to check in with work. My kids enjoyed a nice little screen detox! We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay!

Unforgettable

Truly an unforgettable trip. We got engaged! Mike and Virginia are the nicest people/hosts. They had great communication from the beginning to the end. The cleanliness of this place was fantastic, inside and out. The local shops and surrounding towns were great. We brought our kayaks up and really enjoyed our time on the water. We were able to bring our dogs who were welcomed with doggie treats and a toy, it was so thoughtful. Along with a small birthday present for my now fiancé from the local chocolate shop in Eagle River. Overall, we highly recommend this place. You won't regret it.

Summer into Fall Retreat

We had the perfect week to watch the start of the leaves changing their colors. From fishing and playing with the dog in the lake and plenty of things to do in Three Lakes and the surrounding area, it was a great getaway.

We bought two cottages in 2003 as a vacation get away for family and friends. Our family uses the cottages often, so the kitchens are well equipped and the beds are very comfy. We have a black lab named Bear who is definitely a water dog. Its hard to keep him out of the water. We fell in love with this home the first time we saw it . With a windy drive, pines and birch trees, and the beautiful lake views we never want to leave. Its breathtaking.

Why they chose this property

The area of Three Lakes is just gorgeous! There are so many beautiful areas to visit-lakes(outside your front door) rivers, forest, fields of flowers, through out the summer, great snow all winter-you will want to be outdoors every day. Late spring is the best time to see the animals with their new off springs, and fall being spectacular color. Three Lakes is the perfect spot for all your outdoor activities.
