About this property

Located on the northwest side of Ankeny this home is large enough for big family events yet still maintains that homey feel. Guests will have full access to the kitchen with about any utensil you could possibly need. This is where the owners reside when there are no guests so you can be sure it will meet any need you may have. Home sits on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with great neighbors. The property is .35 acres allowing for plenty of outdoor activities in the fenced in yard.Both the upstairs and downstairs living room are equipped with a 55" or 65" 4k TV. Basement living room has an Xbox One with several games available to occupants. There is also a wet bar and ping pong table. The High Trestle Trail can be found only a mile from the house.

If you would like to use the grill you will need to let us know in advance, and you will need to clean it after use. There is a refundable $75 deposit required that will be refunded after the stay as long as the grill has been reasonably returned to condition.

Friends weekend

Perfect stay

Everything about this property was exactly as advertised online. We really enjoyed the basement area to hangout after golf and play a few games of ping pong. This will be our first option to stay next time we’re in the area. Zac was easy to work with and responded promptly with any questions we had, and checked in after the first night to make sure we had everything we needed.

The location of this home and its layout and cleanliness are spectacular. It's located near many bike and hiking trails as well as great restaurants and shopping.

Wedding and family reunion

The home was great we had 8 adults and plenty of room. Had everything we needed except an ironing board to press the wrinkles out of good clothes from the suitcases before the wedding but there was an iron so we made do. Check in at 5 P M was a little inconvenient as we all flew in earlier

Great stay!

This home is immaculate. It is so clean and well kept that I t felt as though we were the first to ever have occupied the home. We all had a great stay and felt extremely comfortable, so comfortable that it is one of the few times I’ve been able to sleep well when away from home. Highly recommend it.

Clean/large space! Stayed with another family with young kids, everyone had a place to sleep, eat, and lots of space (inside and out) to play. 10 minute drive from Adventureland. Would definitely stay again!

Girls trip

This was the best experience I’ve had from renting a house! Every question I had was answered in a great timely manner. The house was super clean and very comfortable. Being able to use kitchen supplies was very helpful! You will not regret renting this home! It’s absolutely beautiful and in a great area in Ankeny. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!!

Easy drive to Iowa

Beautiful , very clean well maintained home. Very spacious, comfortable with all the upgrades!!!! Only downfall was check in time was a little later than what we wanted, 5pm, we were all coming in to see our kids at Iowa State from the Chicago area and it would have been perfect to be able to pass through Ankeny in the afternoon to drop off our things and spend more time in Ames with them. Other than that, it was a flawless home.

Family reunion and Iowa State Fair

There were 8 of us from Iowa and Oregon and your home was a great place to get together with plenty of room and the beds were very confortable, also nice big back yard and plenty of trails for evening walks. The location was great, a short drive to Adventureland, Iowa State Fair and to downtown town DSM.

Home away from home

Perfect location for meeting family coming from out of state. Very comfortable, very clean home. Great open living space for sharing meals, playing board games, and enjoying good family time.
