The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The only thing this unit as going for it is the view of the bay and the beach. This unit is in need of major updates/repairs. The kitchen cabinets are in need of replacement - the drawers do not close the shelves fall out and the bottom under the sink is destroyed. there is obvious water damage, the bottom shelf of the refrigerator is broken, the front left burner on the stove has not worked in two years. The master bedroom bed rolls to the middle, the door to the deck does not open, the bench is dirty. the master bathroom shower and tub faucet do not work properly, the sinks are clogged. The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable. I did not report any of this while we were there as the time flew by and I really did not want to deal with this while on vacation. It is amazing that no repairs are made to the units, but the cost continues to go up.
