Open and airy with lots of charm. This large north corner condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is completely remodeled....new bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring! Rows of windows open the space to an expansive view of the Intracoastal Waterway (Boca Ciega Bay) from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. Located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood, this lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable décor. The double size balcony is a great place to watch for dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors. Free internet service. Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! Felt like it was huge compared to most condos we’ve stayed in. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk from the beach to the pool. Other than that, everything was great. We had a couple of issues with our door not locking and both times the rental company was there almost immediately to fix the issue.

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is wonderful, clean and as described. We did have issue being locked out when the batteries died in the door key pad but the situation was remedied by maintenance with 45mins. Would stay again!

Minnesota family fell in love with this rental

We highly recommend this spot! On one side of the unit is the intercoastal waterway. On the other side, but across a parking lot, is the beach. Unbelievable value! Such a clean and sweet condo! We are a family of 6, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the intercoastal waterway very much and the live music across the way. If you want absolute quiet, just close the balcony doors. Full-size fridge. Beach items. Beautiful pool on site. Hot tubs on site. Gated community. We just got groceries and settled in for a week. Very close to so much fun, too. We jet skies and parasailed nearby. I hate to recommend this place, as we want it all to ourselves, buuuuuut, we must share! It’s the Minnesota way! Five stars from us.

Land's End 401

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner is an honest and upstanding individual. The condo was clean and well appointed. Lovely view of the causeway. Check in process was simple enough. The only issue was that the wi-fi had changed before our visit and the old information was posted throughout the condo but didn't work for us. Since we checked in late on Saturday we had to wait until Monday to get this resolved. The beach at this location is small and not very exciting. There is a nice large pool here that is well maintained. On the causeway side there is a little beach where a lot of the locals bring their dogs to swim. You can also swim there when you desire calmer waters to enjoy. There is a bar across the water way that has live bands playing on the weekends so if loud music bothers you be aware. It did not bother us so it was OK. I really liked the condo but won't be staying again because I wasn't crazy about the area, and it is a bit touristy if you are in to that vibe.

A nice place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean, spacious and updated. Had we had a view of the Ocean it would have been perfect. Next time we book this location we will book soon enough to make sure we get an ocean view unit. I have just a few “Minor” maybe even petty suggestions. 1. The blinds in the Master Bedroom were broken. Had to close them manually and keep them closed. That certainly needs addressed. 2. One of the Decorative pillows in the master bedroom had what appeared to be an old dried blood stain on it. We just didn’t use it. 3. The half shower door was a little strange but tolerable. Other than that nice bathrooms with plenty of storage.4. I do suggest having a set of plastic cups for drinking as they were all of glass. Families who have younger children would appreciate it. Other than that everything that you could possible need in a kitchen was there. The beach was absolutely perfect and having a deck over the bay was nice even though we didn’t have a view of the ocean. Parking was also great! My overall rating is 41/2 stars out of 5.
