Met our needs very well. Clean, tv worked, beds were comfortable and outfitted with anything we needed. Close enough for us to uber to the Lenovo center for the games on short notice. Tom was very communicative and friendly
The property is nice although it could use some freshening up with paint and flooring. The beds are comfortable. The main down side for us was the upstairs neighbors who were loud very late and into the early morning hours.
Hello! We used this location to house out of state interns. They enjoyed their stay and had no issues with the condo. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Thank you so much..it was certainly a pleasure hosting them!
This is a great property. I loved staying here. The building is ideally located in the middle of Clearwater Beach. Parking is on site with an assigned space. The unit has a lovely view of the intercoastal waterway. We saw a dolphin from the balcony ! So cool ! The apartmnet was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here!

Hello Sally, just to not confuse any future guests. I believe you must have confused our property with another you stayed at. We are located in Raleigh and we don't have any view of waterways :-)
Have absolutely nothing bad to say.
If you have more then one vehicle the other car has to park very far away. And there was no tv in the 3rd bedroom. But otherwise a great stay!

Downtown Raleigh
This place was an older (1980's) apartment complex. The interior has been partially renovated. Plumbing, doors and walls look/are older. Exterior is older. We went to a concert at PNC Arena, and this place was good for that (location). But it wasn't a first-class place, as have been some that we've stayed at. The manager was attentive, and he helped us when we needed it (i.e. we were given the wrong access code, but it worked out fine.)
This place smelled of urine, the pass code did not WORK, it was located in a VERY, VERY, unsafe part of town. There is a dumpster right in front of the APARTMENT complex, this is NOT a CONDO AT ALL!!!! False advertisement on the owner “TOM” as well as VRBO!!! I had to go to a motel were it less expensive and in a SAFE neighborhood with my 2 daughter’s. I’m VERY disappointed with both TOM as well as VRBO for not being honest and VRBO for NOT checking out this property before they listed this poor, unsafe, nasty property!!! I have booked with VRBO 2x’s before and was very happy but this is UNACCEPTABLE and looking to rob people of their money and time. I will DEFINITELY pass this information on to EVERYONE that I know and post on Social Media as well, what a disgrace!!!!! As STATED NO ONE STAYED AND I HAVE MY RECEIPT TO PROVE IT!!!!

We are centrally located in an older neighborhood, as stated in our listing. We provide a 1225 SQF, 3 BRM/2B condo as pictured at a very competitive price and great value close to most events in the area.
Guest didn't cancel her reservation, nor did she stay, yet she was expecting a full refund afterwards.
Does not understand the difference between "apartment" and "condo" , she states in a message that it was smelling outside the condo... not sure what she is talking about. As hosts it is very disappointing to get these kind of reviews for a two night stay!!

It was okay
Big dead bug in wine glass. Several dead bugs in dining lamp. Check and clean that out before new people come. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Some cooking utensils had food on them in drawer.
Water pressure strange and low in kitchen and bathroom sinks. Zero internet! Zero! I couldn't get work done because of that, and also then no TV or phone use. The bathroom toilet doesn't flush on first try.
Have to do it twice to flush. The master bath, water doesn't go down and so it backs up above your foot. The bath and its walls moved. Meaning not sealed or attached. The corners to the bath walls weren't sealed. Should consider a barn sliding door for this bathroom because there is zero room to get in/out unless you literally straddle the toilet and tuck in to open/shut the door. I stopped using the door after first night. And the couch is just the worst. May as well be sitting on the floor. The springs are gone and I am 5'2"! I felt like I was squatting sitting there. And the couch needed a badly overdue cleaning, but my suggestion...get a new one. My only other turnoff was the dumpster out front. For visitors, that's a terrible sight. It wasn't so bad that you can't stay there though. Just needs a bit more love and care, i.e., master bath and couch and checking everything before arrival (bugs, dishes) Just not what I expected. The pictures looked way different. Looked newer in pictures posted.

Guest stayed for 6 days and never mentioned any of her issues, and responded all was good when asked how her stay is going.
We pried ourselves of the value we provide to our guest in terms of space 1225 SQF in a central location to most attractions in the Raleigh area. Cleanliness is of outmost important to us and we work with dedicated and experienced cleaners.
My experience was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Tom was responsive, informative and professional the entire time. It was my first time renting through VRBO and he definitely delivered what he was selling. The property exceeded my expectations and my family enjoyed Thanksgiving together this year. I highly recommend this condo👍🏾
Just as described! There were 6 of us so never enough towels! LOL!
Great communication with host.

Not worth the money
this appartment was clean but very shabby. when we sat on the couch we sank in and to of us had to roll out. i said we would have 6 people and thats how many towels where given no hand towels. We ran out of Tolet paper and 2 bathrooms.
NIce kichen and nice beds. Not worth the money.
Overall this was a cozy and chill place to stay. I would suggest trying to get another apartment location as the huge trash dumpster sits right in front on the building near the walkway and you have to walk past the dumpster... it was a little annoying.
It was a nice gesture to have snacks and a small breakfast for your guest, but a small bag of chips, carton of eggs and two 12oz drinks did not feel like you wanted to be nice, but they were left behind from other guest... there were 5 of us.
Lastly, make sure to check over your plumbing and stuff after each stay. We spent almost an hour trying to get the water to turn off after showering.
We visited my son in Raleigh for Thanksgiving - he didn’t have a big place so we stayed here and had an awesome Thanksgiving. The place was perfect!

Sad
Sad....I don't want to hurt the homeowner because he was so understanding and accommodating but our stay had to be cut short because of our accomodations. The homeowner did try but sadly he was out of state and couldn't fix all that was wrong. I'm sure it will all be fixed and much better for future renters. Just made me sad that the great and fun reunion we had planned with our grown children had to be cut short.
Very clean spacious condo but older property, missing amenities
The things we really appreciated about the condo was that it was very clean! The interior was updated with new cabinets and floors and looks generally nice. It is however a very old property. The outdoor setting is not well kept up, the huge garbage dumpster is kept in the parking spot directly in front of this unit's sidewalk. It smelled terribly bad all the time. Garbage on the ground around it all the time. Inside the blinds for the sliding glass door in the living area did not open, sort of broken and hidden by curtains, so could not let any daylight in. When trying to plug electronics into wall, several outlets sort of sunk into wall. The toilets require flushing 2-3 times to clear. Master shower worked well, second shower head less so. There were a total of 5 towels, all quite old, not plush at all. The pillows on the beds were very flat, we doubled them over to get enough head support. Would have appreciated extra pillows. There was no hand soap in Master bath, although we noticed a broken soap dispenser pushed to the back of the under cabinet. There were no extra trash bags for kitchen garbage. We had the bad luck to arrive at 2:30 am only to find a smoke alarm chirping with a low battery, so had to drive to find an open store to purchase a new one at 3 am as we could not have slept with the chirping. The refrigerator was stocked with milk and eggs which was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked well and fans in bedrooms were nice. Also when we entered on the first 4 days there was a strong smell of weed. We were guessing it was from the next unit, but the smell entered our unit continuously. We had one parking space which was in a difficult spot as there was a tree that we had to be very careful to avoid hitting with our minivan. If we would have had an SUV like we originally had planned to rent, we could not have maneuvered in and out of spot. There is no visitor parking, so only option is on the street quite some distance away.
Overall for the price the space was good for our family and most importantly it was very clean. But in the future would likely not choose this option due to many of the issues mentioned above.
Tom was great and fast at communicating. The location was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Pay attention to how to set up the internet on the T.V's. Wonderful time...
Enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of miscommunication with the landlord at the beginning but it all worked out. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. It's spacious and clean!
Although this property could use pictures and details of the outside of the property and the location/distance of visitor parking (we had 3 cars), this was overall a nice experience. It was big enough, clean and supplied the basic necessities. It is most affordable for this size in the area. Neighborhood is quiet.
Loved the Quiet neighborhood. Apartment was clean and comfortable for my new year stay! Will book again

Clean but wireless internet is very bad.
Location was clean.
Apartment was nice.
Owner was polite and responsive.
The wireless was very bad and unusable.
PS4 we brought couldn’t play a movie, and I had to disconnect from wireless to check mail and FaceBook//social media apps.
