I love that this neighborhood is super close to downtown Raleigh! Just a 1/2 mile walk and you're in the middle of everything that's happening! I love that there are three outdoor spaces to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail.

What makes this property unique

This home is perfect for friends and family to gather together in the downstairs open floorplan and then retreat to their own comfortable bedrooms with brand new Avacado mattresses for a cozy night's sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal to share around the dining table that seats six. The living room has plenty of room for everyone and a coffee table large enough to spread out a (provided) puzzle for everyone to work on!
