Thank you for your feedback and comments. We do appreciate hearing back from our valuable guests! It is great that you could enjoy the villa and the peaceful location. Due to COVID our property manager now greets guests by appointment only. We found that many of our guests did not want a personal meet and greet due to the COVID situation. We will be sure to change that in our check-in information. We are happy to do a personal meet and greet with our guests. Just let us know! We provide a detailed welcome package to our guests prior to check-in. We include pertinent information about the villa and important contact information including how to reach the property manager. We provide the property manager’s cell number, Whats App contact info and an email so she can be easily reached in any of these ways. As well, I can always be reached at anytime during our guests stay. Our repairman is a trusted long-time employee that is familiar with the property. There is no reason to wait on him and lose your valuable vacation time, nor would we expect you to do so. We do include 3 housekeeping services during a 7-night stay. We schedule this prior to arrival to best fit your dates of stay. Last minute changes, or requests to be present during the service may affect our housekeeping availability. We will always do our best to attend to our guests request and make them happy. Finally, we have an amazing and reliable transportation company that has worked with us for several years. We do apologize for the late arrival and please know that it is certainly not how they operate. We were informed that there was unanticipated heavy traffic on the highway that morning. We are sorry that you were not happy with our service. We always strive for excellence; we value customer service and most importantly we want our guests to have a great vacation and leave happy.
