Beautiful 38 m² apartment, comfortable, for 6 people: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, mountain corner with 2 bunk beds, convertible sofa in the living room + fitted kitchen (fridge / freezer, electric oven, induction hob, micro oven) waves, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette appliances) + living / dining room, television, balcony with unobstructed view of the Belledonne mountains and the Eau d'Olle-Allemont valley, shower room , separate wc, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron.
Located on the 3rd level of the Hermine residence: beautiful recent building, in a wooded setting overlooking the resort, nearby parking spaces, Alpette ski lift 150 m away
and shops, services, restaurants, daycare, ski school ... 200 m.
The station of Oz en Oisans is at 1,350 m above sea level; family-friendly and entirely pedestrianized in the center, it is linked in 10 minutes to the large Alpe d'Huez ski area whose Pic Blanc peaks at 3,300 m above sea level, skiing guaranteed from December to April thanks to the numerous snow cannons .
Easily accessible by road, Oz en Oisans is approximately 1 hour from Grenoble, 2 hours from Lyon and 2 hours 45 minutes from Geneva.

Reservation conditions:
All reservations are considered firm upon signature of the rental contract with a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay (non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 1 month before the date of arrival); the balance is payable 1 month before arrival.
No reimbursement takes place in the event of late stay or early departure.
A security deposit for "damage" in the amount of € 500 is payable on arrival. An inventory will be made at the start. The deposit will be returned within 7 days, minus any costs of restoring the premises.
Bed and bathroom linen is not provided; it is possible to rent on site, at an additional cost. Blankets are provided.
Tourist tax is extra: € 0.80 / adult / night

Check in from 5 p.m., check out before 10 a.m.
A security deposit for "cleaning" in the amount of € 42 is payable on arrival. It will cover the cleaning costs if this is not done at the start. The kitchen and the household appliances must be left clean, the dishwasher emptied and the garbage cans thrown away.
Non-smoking accommodation
It is requested not to make noise after 22:00
Pets not allowed
2 sets of keys are given for the duration of the stay; the loss of these keys will result in replacement costs.
