This home was featured on Emmy award-winning show "STAYCATION" in 2019 and major upgrades took place since we aired. Vaulted ceilings & cabin feels provide plenty of cozy seating to soak in these epic views. Modern Viking kitchen, spacious floor plan is perfect for families or travelers looking for that Hollywood Hills experience. Owner lives in a separate apt/studio below the house with his friendly chocolate lab, Cooper. The entire 3 bedroom 3 bath home is privately yours during the length of your stay. The lower deck is shared but divided for your own space.
This 2,000 square feet peaceful home is tucked away in renowned Laurel Canyon where musicians Joni Mitchell, The Doors, Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, the Eagles and many more who cultivated the sound of the 60's, lived and played all resided here. Please note that roads in this area are well-known to be very narrow and windy. ** This property is located at the very top of the Hollywood Hills to capture these jet-liner views. **

HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of LA Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $500 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $800 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.
* You will provide valid photo IDs from all Adult guests.
* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.
* PET FEE $175/pet. Well Behaved Family Pet will be considered. PET FEE MUST BE PRE- PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Pets are not allowed on the beds or any furniture. Pets are not to be

This place is amazing! The house was better than to be expected. The views were outstanding. I would absolutely love to stay there again. The view during the day was amazing and even better at night. Every room had a view, including the bathroom. We were so pleased with our stay worth every penny. Clean, well appointed, high end, absolutely perfect!! Highly recommend this VRBO property!!! Tranquility. What a lovely home. My wife, her mom and I just spent an idyllic three days at this Laurel Canyon gem. The views are outstanding, the accommodations roomy and visually spectacular, and the multiple outdoor terraces are perfect. In the evening, you will be amazed by the LA light show, with a calming quietude on the deck overlooking the canyon below. Book this home, pick up a couple of bottles of wine on your way, and enjoy a memorable Laurel Canyon experience!

The view is really extraordinary. The pics online don't begin to show you what you'll see. The house is really clean and I'm pretty picky so that's saying something. Itrip, the folks that you communicate with ultimately about this reservation, were very accessible when we had questions. I'd definitely stay here again.

Coming up the stairs, seeing the view, stops you in your tracks. It is breathtaking. The rooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The beds were great, the bathrooms convenient, there was lots of space. The parking space was tight, we had a Suburban to accommodate our group, but appreciated that there was a space for parking as the roads are extremely narrow. We loved our stay!

House just as advertised. But you need to be comfortable with very windy roads (hairpin turns) and parallel parking uphill into a triangular slot. That is what Hollywood Hills is like, so not unique to this property, but timid drivers should not attempt.

Great stay, the property has beautiful views and is close to everything in West Hollywood. Love staying in this area, and loved how cozy this property felt - like an eagles nest on top of a mountain. The house is clean, and easy to live in.

Gorgeous views when it wasn't foggy. Beware the roads can be tricky getting to the house. Renovated areas are lovely and the remainder of the home is eclectic and fun. A great stay!
