The private terrace and garden are furnished with a table, 4 chairs, parasol and 2 sunbeds

Bel emplacement idéal pour un couple

Appartement fonctionnel et agréable, trés bien situé par rapport à la plage et par rapport aux commerces. Il manque quelques ustensiles, plats et couteau de cuisine, mais sinon il y a un bon équipement et une très bonne literie. L'accueil est chaleureux, simple et rapide, et le départ est tout aussi simple : merci Marie! Petit bémol : les propriétaires sont très présents en journée à l'étage et dans le jardin attenant, c'est à savoir, il y a de la vie dans cette maison. Cependant les nuits sont très calmes, tous les occupants de la maison sont respectueux.

Belles vacances

Gîte très bien situé à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'estuaire, des restaurants et commerces ainsi que des pistes cyclables. Le gîte est lumineux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Un bel endroit pour se ressourcer. Petit bémol, pourquoi ne pas permettre aux locataires de stationner leur voiture dans l'espace intérieur de la propriété en l'absence des propriétaires ? Mais bien évidemment je recommande cette location. Bien à vous.

Espace sympathique, Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Originaires de Royan, nous connaissons bien la région mais une visite de l'église de Talmont en basse saison est très agréable, les coins que nous aimions le plus comme le Chay et surtout le marché de Royan ouvert tous les jours, sont toujours là et nous nous sommes régalés des produits de la mer... Très bon séjour et merci à Marie de son accueil !

Proximité du centre ville et de la plage. "Tout à pieds". Stationnement à l'extérieur de la propriété à proximité facile en cette période (Juin). Accueil très sympathique par Marie. Appartement bien équipé.

Der perfekte Standort

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Privatsphäre. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, da nach hinten raus, dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Parken war kein Problem. Wir würden wieder kommen.
