The entrance to the apartment is through a corridor in which there are two single boat beds (80).
A first bedroom with a 140 cm bed with cupboard is at your disposal.
The bathroom (shower) is equipped with a heated towel rail, a single sink and a dryer. Hairdryer on site.
A separate toilet is to be followed in the corridor.
The living room will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach of the Grande Conche.
In this room there is a Murphy bed (140 bed for 2 people), a table with chairs to eat comfortably, a lounge area with television and a table to have an aperitif. Internet is being installed. Board games available.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer) ...
You will have access to the large balcony (30m²) on which you can enjoy two different exposures, the latter being the corner of the residence.
You can eat there but also sunbathe thanks to the deckchairs available.
The Grande Conche beach sets up the Mickey Club during the summer (see with the town hall), you will be close to the shops and all the shops in the city centre of Royan. Everything will be accessible on foot.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
