Stay in our beautifully remodeled ground-floor Kihei Akahi condo, directly across from Kamaole II Beach in sunny South Kihei. This highly rated guest favorite offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and location — with split A/C in both the living room and bedroom, a king bed, in-unit washer/dryer, beach gear, a private lanai, and the pool just steps away.

Guests consistently love the cleanliness, thoughtful remodel, comfortable king bed, cool split A/C, beach-close location, and owner-managed care. Our condo is best for those who want a quiet, modern, clean, comfortable, well-cared-for place to stay in a walkable South Kihei beach location.

Remodeled in late 2023, our condo was designed to feel fresh, modern, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the living room with comfortable seating (sofa sleeper) and a 55" Roku TV, or open the lanai door and enjoy the Maui breeze.

The remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar, dinner at the dining table, or take your meal outside to the private ground-floor lanai.

The bedroom features a high-end Hybrid king mattress and split A/C so you can sleep cool and comfortably. The remodeled bathroom includes quartz counters, modern fixtures, and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. New, high-end Sofa Sleeper in living room.

The location is one of the best parts of staying here. Kamaole II Beach is directly across the street, with Kamaole I and III nearby. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, shops, sunsets, and casual dining. The Shops at Wailea, Wailea golf courses, and. snorkeling spots, Tennis and Pickleball are on property!

For guests who need to stay connected, the condo is remote-work friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi, a monitor, printer, and a comfortable setup for working while away. You can even work from the lanai and enjoy the Kihei weather between calls.

We love the South Kihei location for its beaches, sunsets, restaurants, golf, and relaxed island lifestyle. After years of dreaming about owning a place on Maui, we’re grateful to share our condo with guests who want a clean, comfortable, well-cared-for home base near Kamaole II Beach.

Because we personally manage our condo, guests work directly with us before, during, and after their stay. Our goal is to provide a smooth, responsive, and welcoming experience in every step of the process. We personalize the experience to what the guest needs and wants.

Our condo is in the quiet D building at Kihei Akahi, with a private ground-floor lanai and the upper pool just steps away. Inside, the condo has been thoughtfully remodeled with an upgraded kitchen, updated bathroom with walk-in shower, split A/C in both the living room and bedroom, a comfortable new king bed, in-unit washer/dryer, beach gear, and a remote-work friendly setup.

Many guests tell us they appreciate that our condo feels clean, updated, well stocked, and personally cared for. Because we own and manage it ourselves, we pay close attention to the details that make a stay easier and more comfortable.
